Course Curriculum Overview
I don't know about the course till now because I'm in second sem only but considering first and second sem the experience is pretty good because there are common subjects that you can learn easily and they are not that hard
Internships Opportunities
The company that comes for internships are less they work as intern they give them stipend of 10000to 15000 a but in some cases they do not offer any stipend but they only give you the certificate I've not done any type projects till now
Placement Experience
From six sem a student became eligible for placement the company that visit the cgc landran most is tech mahindra tcs wipro etc the highest package is of 40lpa and the average is 4lpa 95 percent student gets placed in the college placement i will join the job that i will get
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is in first sem you have to pay 68000 in second semester you have to 64150 this is the sem fees and for hostel the fees depends on which hostel you are choosing mine hostel fees is 130000 per year and there are no such scholarships program in cgc
Campus Life
There are fest like parivartan this is the annual fest in the star cast come to the college for performances there are tech fest also they are pretty good because from all over Punjab the students come this fest and their are prizes also for the winners the campus have 11 blocks each block have their own library you can access the library till 5:30 and then there is the central library which is the biggest library of the campus you can issue the book which you want anytime the classroom have not such type of facilities they don't have ac in the classes but there are camera in the classroom the sports facilities is hood there are two ground for sports you can play every sports they have a sports annual meet in which all sports are played there is no such group but there are confession pages in which everyone confesses about their love their questions you can ask anything on that page and the students will reply there is no such impact on the students of this page
Hostel Facilities
They provide duct ac 3 bed 3 cupboards and 3 tables and chairs the meals are pretty average like the normal hostel food you can register for hostels any time you want from the main office or from the site the hostel are affordable according to me I've not gone to any pg or flat
Admission
You need to get minimum of 70 to 80 percent in 12 and then only you can apply for btech cse for Punjab students they have reservations you can find the reservation form on the site of cgc the have 2 mst and the end sem exam they have normal level difficulties in exam
Faculty
The faculty is very nice they have a great experience in teaching they can explain really well and they help you if you want any type of guidance from them they'll help you wether it's related to studies or from personal life
