- I really like the campus of my college. It is pretty big and I really love the fact that there are so many trees planted making it look beautiful.
- If a student wants to showcase their talent, then there are so many platforms through which they can present themselves.
- The teachers here are really professional and they really teach well which help students understand even the complex topics.
Dislikes
- Although the campus is huge, there are no air conditioners in the classrooms making it really unbearable in the summers
- I wish the first canteen at the entrance was a bit cleaner.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I am really interested in private sector and I wish to take my career forward in financing and accounting. Also, I want to pursue MBA in the future so I think for that BBA will be a better choice. This course prepares us for the real world as it tells us how to talk and deal with people outside.It develops our personality and make sure that we are not afraid of giving any interviews or exams. The exam timing is 3 hours and the difficulty level is very moderate. If you know the basic, you will be able to solve all the questions very easily.
Internships Opportunities
Companies like Infosys, HCL, Amazon offer various internships. It may be related to sales, accounting etc. There are various projects like one should explain how to deal with customers during sales if something goes wrong, or to showcase any business plan
Placement Experience
Students become eligible from the fourth semester for campus placements. I'm only in my second semester so I am not eligible right now. Various big companies like Amazon, HCL, Infosys, zomato, Microsoft etc visit and make really good offers. The maximum package till now is around 25 lac and minimum is around 3lac. After the degree, I'm thinking of giving CAT exam along with some part-time jobs for side earnings so that I can pay for my fees.
Fees and Financial Aid
The tuition fees depends on the course we are opting for. The fees of my BBA program is 40000rs per semester, excluding exam fees. The total cost of my education including transport, fees and other petty expenses are approximately around 300000rs. Our college does provide scholarships to students opting for different course. These scholarships can be given to students scoring above 85%.
Campus Life
We have various festivals in our college like manthan, celebrity night etc. They are typically held between February to March. The library of our campus is pretty big and there are different course books available which we can issue anytime. We have a lot of sports activities like basketball, football, badminton, table tennis etc on campus which is open to everyone. We do have a lot of university pages on social media which connects a lot of students.
Admission
The admission process was pretty simple. Only students scoring above 60% are eligible for admission. The admission form is available on the university website and on campus as well. Students can go to admission cell and can take admission directly without any entrance exam.
Faculty
The faculty members in our department are really nice. They listen to all our problems and make sure we feel comfortable. Even our class coordinators are really understanding, leaving some of them. I really like to interact with some of the teachers who are very friendly and listen to us and solve our doubts.
Interview Experience
There is a direct admission process and students who have scored above 60% can take admissions. I did not get the chance for any GD or tests as there was no such thing but I have given alot of class presentations which help me in getting more interactive.
