- Collage infrastructure is little bit old from 1965
- College location is not in industrialist area which results in low placement package
- Sport event are not so much good and faculty not supportive in sport event
Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum provides the courses that are very good and application-based courses are also there. The college also provides NCC and NSS courses. However, the problem is that the curriculum is not being updated regularly. The teaching method is the old type that is on the blackboard. Exams frequency is good (2 times in a year, end sem+ summer term). Exams time is good and well maintained. Exams are easy but very lengthy and checking is very strict.
Internships Opportunities
Students are doing internship in various companies like Wipro TCS Mahindra and Amazon Reliance Wit stipend. One of my friends doing an internship for 3 months with the stipend of 75000 Rolls are like assistant managers, supporting employees to learn things
Placement Experience
From sem 7 students are eligible for campus placement Companies like Wipro with averageg 6 7 lpa, Cognizant, Amazon with 17 lpa Samsung private limited , banglore with 19 lpa And others are nvidia , l&t And TCS is main here comes every year With 9 lpa max and average 5 lpa 95% placement in computer science and information technology breaches. My plan is to give gate and complete mtech from an IIT
Fees and Financial Aid
College tution fee is 20000 for open and ews but as i am in OBC category so no tution fees for me. Not any changes or hikes in fees as it is goverment institute. Complete cost of education is as follows- 180000 rs for 4 years and room rents in the city differ 1600rs-2200rs per month and mess charges 2100rs per month. Siemens scholarship, Reliance paste. College Alumni Association also provides scholarships to students. I am in 4sem and i will apply for internship in starting of 6th sem And in 7sem campus placement starts
Campus Life
Technical event is PRAJWALAN 2-day event. And culture event is ZENITH 2 day event. And a sports event called KALPANA CHAWLA TROPHY 45 -50 days event. Typically helds in Jan - march. There are more than 3 lakh books are available in the college library. The college has a well-maintained library and also provides computer labs. Classrooms are with blackboard and some with digital board. There are total 17 clubs in college run by students . Some are the E-Cell club , natraj dance club, art club , NCC , NSS, music club, etc. Blood donation camp organise in college in every 6 months by NSS students
Hostel Facilities
Hostel room is 15*18 sqfeet with 3 members. Every student have special Study table and bed. Wifi is available in hostel. Mess is contract base and fully dependent on students to continue or not Registration process for hostel very is based on CET percentile or CGPA For OBC annual fees is 2250 rs and for open 2650rs Rent of room in city varies from 1600 to 2200 rs per month
Admission
Eligibility for computer course you must secure 96 percentile in cet application forms are available in cooperative store present in college, Total fees are 86000 but due to reservation, my fee is 44660. The admission process was done in the Admin department. Space is very small there results in crowds during the admission process and faculty members are also less. That should be increased. These are the improvements should be made.
Faculty
Faculty to student ratio is 7 :75 .Faculty is good enough about their subjects knowledge. faculty is very supportive also if you message them any query they available you to solve. Also students are also supportive.
