Likes
- College has one of the lowest fees. Compared to other colleges the fees is really low
- All the necessary things are around the college if you are moving here you can easily find yourself a accommodation
- The college has friendly staff. Some of the staff is really friendly and for the new students in the first year this is really good thing.
Dislikes
- Some basic facilities missing in some department. Like AIDS department Don't have their own water filter and not even a smart board in department
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum I have opted is AIDS and it's one of the most emerging course out there and I really like it. When it comes to real world applications it's not relevant actually if you actually want to make a career in this field you need to put out extra efforts.
Placement Experience
I think from 6th semister the students are eligible for the placements. There are lot if companies coming and of them is IGT solutions and they made offer around 6Lpa and around 20 students got placed although I am sure about the exact number. One of senior got highest package of around 10lpa or something and I personally know a senior with 12lpa package off campus. When it comes to percentage od students places I am sure about the exact number but if you work hard and out decent efforts then you will find yourself placed somewhere.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college fees is one of the lowest. And you will also get scholarships. You can pay the fees in installments. There are some student learn and earn programs but I am not quite sure about them as I have not been part of any. But I am sure they exist.
Campus Life
There is only one festival in single acadmic year and we have it around for 1 week. And it's just your basic college fest. The library is filled with books but when it comes to the important ones I think we are still missing a bunch of them. Also there are only technical books library needs to work on its collection of books the classroom are equipped with smart boards and well as green boards so it's nice thing. Classrooms also have projects. The sport thing in college is really lacking you won't find anything if you are interested in sports then you will have to search for clubs and grond outside of college. There are student run clubs but they are hardly active and if you want to start something of your own then you are in for some difficult journey as you won't find easy to conduct any event or something(from my past experience)
Admission
Eligibility was simple if you get yourself selected in the cap round and get this college then you can yourself admited to this college. The reservations are there and you can easily get information from college itself. The exams are frequently conducted and if you actually study them scoring in them is not an issue. I personally study only a day before ecxams and also have a respectable CGPA. The admission process is smooth like butter you won't have a hard time going through it. All the staff is very helpful. And the application dates and everything is easily available on college website. You can also contact college and get all the information.
Faculty
The teachers are all helpful you won't find yourself being mistreated or something. The staff is properly qualified. The student to teacher ratio is quite appropriate. Interactions with teachers is one of my favourite thing in college you can speak your mind out and teachers also provide enough and proper guidance.
