Likes
- Teaching staff is so good and there is no communication difference between students and teachers while some of the teachers are from other states but they can speak Hindi good enough to understand.
- There is a big ground and special courts for some sports like badminton, basketball, volleyball etc.A special room for table tennis and special area for practicing cricket in net and a ground too for cricket.
- A lot of greenery which gives a peaceful and soothing environment and well maintained gardens and a variety of herbs,shrubs and plants for botanic experiments and ayurvedic treatments as well.
Dislikes
- The worst part about my college is its canteen there is shortage of food everytime and a low quality food and stray food too sometimes.
- The college campus is not good for summers as there is no facility for air conditioners and there's lot of open area and no place to hide from heat.
- Parking facility is not good and lot of old infrastructure and devices in labs that can also result in serious accidents.
Course Curriculum Overview
My decision to choose this course was because there's a lot of scope in computer science which is essential to shape my future in a good way. The campus also arrange practicals in everyday schedule but the hardware is not compatible enough to download all the softwares so the computers and laptops are just a waste and also got heated and laptops needs charging for the wholttime we use them, Curriculum doesn't prepare us for the real world challenges but some teachers guides us for the further academic studies. If we talk about the areas of improvement then I come directly towards the infrastructure the lab instruments and devices and teachers should use a more practical way for teaching instead of just theoretical reading. I don't have any complaint towards the frequency and timings of exams and also the difficulty level of them.
Internships Opportunities
Most companies that offers oppertunities are in Bangalore I can't specify them to you at the moment because I don't remind them exactly and roles that the offer are basically handling calls manipulation techniques and business strategies etc
Placement Experience
In my college there are a lot of oppertunities in different companies and also of of state companies like banglore,Pune etc. Students become eligible for placement after completing 1st year. Average package for placement is 6-7 lac per annum. Most of the students don't get placement barely 10% students got placement.My plan is to study MBA after this course because my dream occupation is to become a business man
Fees and Financial Aid
The tuition fee is not too high everyone can afford it here I'll compare my college with Deen Dayal Upadhyaya college (DU).In this college the fees for single year is 42000 per year and the fees of my college is 14000 approx per year inshort I can say that I can do the whole graduation with single year fee of DDU college.
Campus Life
Annual festivals are like deepotsav for divali and Holi is not celebrated in our college campus.The annual fest is srijan and that is notso good no external guests, celebrity and singers like othe colleges do,no DJ night,no anything special, Sports curriculum is good frequent tournaments are planned and everything so nice in sports
Admission
Eligibility of the course was to 12th pass student and should be a student of some subjects like mathematics,GKand English wasust for this course. I got admission from cuet exam and no special form are required to fill here
Faculty
Teacher's are generally qualified enough and can teach their own subjects very well but they are not allocated there specific subjects to teach in which they are proficient even when the are available for that. The ratio of faculty to students is slightly low from best. Teachers are mostly approachable and we can also tell them our queries but we can only tell our queries to them and but generally no attention towards the queries of students and they take us for granted.The semester is only for 4 months this is too disturbing for us. Mentor mentee meetings are fixed frequently but no issues are resolved in it.
