- Campus area is small but it's good for individual students you will be very much familiar with all faculty's.
- You should have to maintain that you are present in 75% in each classes to sit in end semester examination.
Course Curriculum Overview
Wow, this will be very interesting for you, as I am pursuing BTECH with computer science engineering I am sharing my own experience that course are design as per the syllabus of GATE examination . The most important thing is that the college take one exam in one month i.e in the 1st month you have to attend for quiz1 , in 2nd month you have to attend for mid sem , in 3rd month you have to attend for quiz2 and in last 4th month you have to attend end sem examination..
Internships Opportunities
As my college is the extension of Birla Institute of Technology Mesra, so provide internship sometimes . I don't know much more about this because I am also in 2nd semester and persuing computer science engineering.
Placement Experience
Approx 80-85% of student got IN-CAMPUS placement with an average of 12 LPA and highest placement is 51LPA which is good enough.. The companies which came in college are microsoft, infosys, unacdemy and many more.
Fees and Financial Aid
If asked for fee structure, in roughly I will say you have to pay approx 4 lakh per year and in 4 year you have to pay approx 18 lakh ruppes for complition of course it include hostel fee, tution fee, library fee, development fee, admission fee etc.. As this college is the extension of Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra so students can apply for GP Birla scholarship, for this student have to score more than 9 SGPA.
Campus Life
As I described before he/she will get good college life. There is a library with a lot of books in relevent of your course and other than your course. The two cultural fest which is done in our college named as aaghaz and utthan and some single day program like antragini is also done in our college.Technical fest are done in uthhan and aaghaz itself. Our college has also participate in sports tournament and won silver, gold medal etc. There are 7-8 types of society in our college like litsoc, abhivyakti, swar, nritya etc.
Hostel Facilities
Firstly I aware you that you have to take hostel, there is no chance to take PG or room outside campus. The menu of hostel mess is decided by student itself by voting which is done by mess commitee. The quality of food is overall good .Messparty is organized in the end of every semester. There is 3 occupancy in a single room with three 3x6 bed and two fan and 3 chair-desk. NOTE :- Hostel fee and mess fee is included in semester fee.
Admission
1.The admission process is easy. You should have to appear in Jee mains examination then You have to sit in councelling process of JOSSA Or CSAB the merit list came after that you have to pay a fix amount of admission fee to book your seat and after some day to have to came to college for document verification. 2.The college also give privilage to jharkhand obc student, student should have JEE mains score card and have obc certificate which is issued by SDO only. They can apply for admmision in BIT Mesra offical site and have to check merit list published by in the site. Then he/she can take admission by paying semester and admission fee.
Faculty
You will be surprised to know that some of the faculty members have given some principles in their field and some of are taught at BITS Pilani. All the faculty members are nice, cooperative, helpful, and they believe in interacting with each student as the number of students in my college is less so it is possible..
