- Library is not as expected. And even the games, grounds and gym is not for the name that in our college
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is itself a difficult course Engineering. As nowadays it jobs are at peak so cse is a best course. There should be more different ways of teaching and helping students to understand the classes appropriately. There should be a proper 6 months per semester. In 1st sem we got approx 7 months and now in 2nd sem we hardly have half month left for our end sem in short we got only 4 months for 2nd sem.
Fees and Financial Aid
Every year the fee increases 10-15 thousands depends on the college. Total cost of graduation is around 14-16 lakh approximately including tuition fees and other charges. There is a scholarship particular for west Bengal students if there all the documents are of west Bengal like ration card, residential, and etc they can apply for scholarship and they get around 60 thousands per year name of the scholarship is swami vivekananda scholarship. We get placement from campus but on campus placement is not so good as much companies don't come only few and the stipends awarded around 20-30 thousands
Campus Life
There are many events which are held in college i know only few which are really best events one is tech-fest, cultural-fest, and sitara this is the best it's like annual fest. The range of books and journals in our library is vast but the seating arrangement of students and choosing the books itself by the students overall the library should be more nice they can improve. We have annual sports in our college there are different types of games like baseball, cricket, badminton tournament, volleyball, sprint and many more. There are many clubs and they even have online social media handles as per clubs like photography club and etc
Admission
Eligibility of the course the student must be from science stream and his/her per percentage should be more than 50 percentage in 10+2. There's a official website from where we can get all the forms and notices even new admission students can apply from the official college websites. There are many areas of improvement in college whether if it's in studying, teaching or campus
Faculty
Faculty and ratio of students are best for every subjects there are atleast 3-4 teachers. As already mentioned some teachers are well qualified they hold phd degree and some of them are just working for salary it seems like that. Mentorship is very nice under 1 teacher 20 students are kept as a mentor and mentees.
