There is no placement in our course of botany

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum of my course was in order and completed in time by faculty teachers. Botany always amazed me and the experiment attracted me to choose this course. The curriculum can be made more good if trips to fields become more than present in frequency. The exam are half yearly and test the knowledge to a great depth.

Internships Opportunities

Had no internship opportunity because my course doesn't provide this it only paved way for furthermore education like MSC PhD etc. but commerce dept have a lot more internship opportunities and computer science too

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure is economical and it does not hike tremendously . I have completed three yr course only in less than 40k rs . There are inspire scholarship you can avail. Campus employment although less in science but it open a lot of Avenues for further studies

Campus Life

Fest happens every year all over du but the fest of kirorimal is best coz new personalities come . College itself has a lot of alumini . Library is best have all the book of courses and of other genre. Classroom are equipped with projectors. Sports is very good and include all types of sport including gym . NCC nss are heavily active

Admission

The admission took on the basis of 12th marks and now cuet .. application form are to be submitted offline and fees can be paid via online . Reservation is available for backward classes . Exams are in harmony with the courses duration . No area of improvement is there all good

Faculty

The quality of kirorimal college is one of the top notch in North campus in all streams be it's science arts or commerce. The faculty to student ratio is also good no issue regarding teachers although they have guest teacher too . Mostly Teachers are Frank and friendly and have a great experience in teaching.

Placement Experience:

placements cells were little challenging . there were really less near to zero placement were there .so thats a problem you have to go for higher studies to get a good job and financial stability mostly students do this only.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum consists of relatable topics and interesting ones as well this is what quite influenced me to take this course. We have labs which help us learn how to prepare various organic compounds which are used in many day to day products . The course also has a 4th year research program. There should be more equipments in lab for the research. The frequency is good for exams being conducted and there level is also quite good

Maitreyi college's BSc life sciences is a three year course and admits almost 130 students . The average package is INR3.40 LAKHS but is very difficult for the students to get placed under this course

Shivaji College Experience

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for the placements provided by the college in their 3rd year, while they can pursue internship offered by the college in previous years. Average sized companies visited the campus with lots of students being placed for jobs. The highest package I am not aware of but lowest was of around 300000 pa. I plan to pursue masters after my graduation degree.

Life in Kirori Mal College.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. I don't know a lot about campus placements but I know that there is a training and placement cell in our college that provides good packages to many students. Some students got more than 7lpa last year. I will be doing my Post graduation after college and will make a career in academics.

Well you need to very lucky to have been a part of Sri Venkateswara college.Only think we missed back then was auditorium and hostels which am sure are there now.A very positive and caring vibe you got.Reddy Sir our principal in last few months invited me to share tirupati prasad he got that was the level and depth of community interaction and love.

Remarks:

Canteen of the college is not much good. But it is good for a student. We can make our career in different field from this college. It has provided us playing material so student cam play there favourite game

MY COLLEGE LIFE

Main exam was CUET. We should crack it with high marks... More than 98 percentile to get into the prestigious north campus of Delhi University. My college KMC comes under north campus and I'm really happy. I chose this college because it is one of the best for my course. It ranked 3rd in whole india for political science. I wanted it admission process is easy. After cuet results are published u have to fill csas portal. And you can see your rank and college allotted in the first round. The. Document verification. Afte that you will get gmail from the college and university. Cut off is almost 99 percentile in north campus. It's really difficult to get in. For humanities and commerce students choose DU.
