LIFE IN YCCE

My course was civil engineering , i chose this because I have a family background in this feild and also have intrest in working in this feild , the course have site visits in the 5th and 6th sem students which gives and shows the real world application and knowlege , the subjects in this feild will clear your basics which are the base on civil engineering each subject has a special lab for eg. concrete technology has a concrete technology lab , adv. structure has structural lab. In one sem there are 3 in sem and 1 end sem examination. there are 3 mid semister examination .MSE1 , MSE2 and RE- MSE ( forthose who were unable to give any one mse absent students ), The practical knowledge can be increased by frequent site visits, the college conducts site visit in the 6th semister ,but can done in each sem for better application of classroom knowledge and feild work.

Internships can be done in between vacations of semisters and 8th sem is fully based on internship and final project, the stipend internship depends on the company if the want a stipend intern, I was in the feild of civil so my internship was in a construction company and my task was to learn the basic thing on the site, working under the site engineer

The training and placement cell is very active. The college starts prepareing for the campus from the 1st year itself, the college have programe called ycap which get divided into two category technical and apptitude sessions , these are regular classes in the timetable, the technical session help develops the coding skills and apptitude helps develope logical skills

My fees in the 1st year of engineering was 1,63,801/- and later on in 2nd and 3rd year the fees kept on decreasing by few thousands, The fees for second year was 1,51,600/-. other than the tution fees the college charge 3000/- each semister for the exam form fee. I come under general category, the fees for obc, sc,st are comparitively less than the general category, so the rough figure of the total education cost for me is around 6,31,000/-. later on in the 7th sem the college provides you traning for the campus placement rounds, the training helps a lot for developing knowlege and confidence in apptitude, group discussions,etc

The college involves you in other activities the college have both technical fest and cultural fest. The technical fest and departmental fest is which you can take part in events or organize the event, the cultural fest is common fest for all the departments which has dance, music , flashmob , traditional day . the college have vairous clubs like Dance , music , rotract , green club, media club , photoghraphy club etc, you can be a member of any club you are intrested in

The admission process is easy. You can get admission in the college by the score of JEE and MHTCET examination. The admission process starts after the cap round results. the college breif you through the process of admission. The documents required and futher procedures. The college also provied counselling session if you get confused between the branches. The end semister exam is after 4 to 5 months of staring date of the semister, in between there are mid semister exam which contain your internal marks and are held after 2 months gap

The faculty member and cooperative and takes regular classes and provide detailed notes for students. They also conduct doubt clearing sessions , or can personally clear the doubts from faculty, they guide and promote students for interships and other activities, for each subject there are 2 to 3 faculty, teachers use ppt presentations for better understanding , conduct activities like group project or individual projects , students and free to apporch teachers they are always ready to clear our doubts, teachers provide practicle knowlege with various experiments and lab activities
