Likes
- The best thing about the university is that is has a wide variety of large campus which is full of greenery. This is a first and a best step towards nature. This will also build a refreshing energy into the enviornment which will help students.
- Secondly there are a good sports facilities in university as well as hostel also. The university has also facility of gym with will help students to have a better health.
- Enviornment of studing is very good of library and study hall. Study hall is providied in every hostel and in university campus which is open 24/7.
Dislikes
- There are small hostel rooms without any air conditioner which is so bad during summers.
- Sometimes the visiting facility teachers are not available which could be disadvantage to students.
Course Curriculum Overview
Electronics and Communication Engineering is a good engineering course a student can do. I choose this course as according to my knowledge this course is a long-lived course in this varying world. As most of the things we use require the knowledge of electronics and communication engineering knowledge, so students can also opt this for thier good currier.
Internships Opportunities
Internaships are applied by the students themselves during the summer vacations. In my knowledge the university does not provide the holidays for internships to students sometimes. So this should be improved.
Placement Experience
The placements are average. Highest package was 67 LPA in ECE in 2021. It was a off campus placement and that year on campus placement highest package was around 28 LPA. That year was the most good placement year for the students.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is very minimal for this university it is not high. Scholarships are also organized by the university itself and the government also. The Other states students can also apply for their scholarships and there is always support of the teachers for the scholarships.
Campus Life
There are a lot of socities in which students can participlate and they organize fests in the college itself and also perform in different IITs . Students can take part in technical, social,cultural clubs. there are very helpful in extra curricular activites .
Hostel Facilities
There are four boys hostel and three girls hostel in the university. The rent is also minimal and easily affordable. Students can take single as well as double rooms. There is not air-conditioner in rooms and students have to buy their own water coolers and have to pay sme minimal fees of that every year.
Admission
The admission in engineering in this university is on the basis of JEE-Mains exam. Every student have to give this is exam. And for electronics and communication engineering there is cutoff of nearby 2 lakh rank in online councelling. And university also do their physical councelling after the online coucelling for the left over seats.
Faculty
Qualification of all the facultiy members is overall best. As all the faculty members are minimum m.tech and most of are p.hd graduated. And every permanent Faculty member have minimum 5-7 years of experince and some of them have 15-20 years of experience also which is very helpful for the students.

Chandigarh Group of Colleges - [CGC] Landran | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Computer Science and Engineering)
This is a private college in Chandigarh and the DCRUST is a government university. And CGC was too far and DCRUST is in a good range with my home.
Gurugram University | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Artificial Intelligence)
As DCRUST is far more better than Gurugram university. So I opted for DCRUST over Gurugram university.
