Course Curriculum Overview
MBBS is actually a good profession even though hectic. The curriculum is CBME orientated thus making us competent for real life situations, improvements can be made in areas including examination schedules and syllabus etc
Internships Opportunities
Intership oppertunites are provided within the college after completion of 4 yr degree, the interns are granded a monthly allowance of about 25000 for the work, even though the work is hectic it provides a good oppertunity for understanding modern medicine
Fees and Financial Aid
The overall academic fee per annum is 26000, Scholarship availabilies includes Egrants etc, Fees structure is good as compared to provate college whom impose heavy tution fee, facilities are also provided adequately
Campus Life
Overall sports, arts and other extracurricular activities were good in our college, we are the overall intermedicos champion for 2023 in kerala and also boast about the rich sports and arts culture in our college
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is good even though the architecture is old in nature, but provides necessary accommodation under reasonable rates , Hostel infrastructure is a good scope of development in our college, fees are reasonable
Admission
The admission takes place according to NEET rankings . For admission in Govt medical college Thiruvananthapuram the cut off was about 650 marks in general category, the rankings were then converted to state rankings and proceeded for admission
Faculty
The overall faculty student interactions are good, and provides good oppertunity for education, friendly and accountable behaviouring, the overall faculty to student ratio us about 20:50 but even though they impart a great deal in our day to day activities
