- Registrar office- The response is very slow, and they often work like a government office
- Behavior of CRC- majority of the companies comes for placement are from marketing feild, and CRC (corporate resource center)
- Scholarship clarity- you might get Scholarship at the time of qdmission but after 2nd semesters they imply a lot of terms and conditions
Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculam is relatable. Its good in theoretical knowledgeable but lacks practicality. There would have classes on working excel and more but just happens on paper, there are no regular classes. Language classes are there but it gets difficult to manager them with masters course.
Internships Opportunities
CRC helps in securing internship opportunies although the stipend may vary, as some may get an average of 5k whiles others may get 20K and few may get unpaid internship. Overall it depends upon the opportunity. After completing the internship you are required to submit the project report.
Placement Experience
From 2nd so onwards the placements starts, but only after 3rd semester you can join in any company. The highest package offered was 12 lakhs. Almost 70% of the students get placed. As most of the companies come fro. Sales amd marketing background. For HR and finance the opportunities are limited.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees is 9 lacs approx. This includes tution fees and other charges. For hostel accomodation it varies between 70k - 1.5 lacs per semesters, this does not include food. There are not campus employment opportunities avilable
Campus Life
Social life at amity is wholesome There are so many clubs where you cab be a member of based upon your interests. There are clubs for social empowerment, dancing, singing, music, poetry, drama, fashion and more. Amity organises sports meet and festival time to time.
Admission
You can take admission after clearing any exam like. MAT, CAT, XAT, CMAT. You may get scholarship opportunities based upon these. If not, you can take their exam as, admission is quite smooth. Reservation is available, based upon several factors.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is 1:50. Faculty is no doubt very supportive and master of their work. They organise various seminars and push you to do things apart from your carriculam , be it in publishing paper or anything else. They provide extra material to study and prepare their own notes. Faculty always come prepared for the class.
