Course Curriculum Overview
ECE was my first choice as my rank was good enough to get me through CSE branch. We have well equipped labs and have all the latest digital instruments. Analogs and all are taught to us so that we can use all the instruments wisely.
Placement Experience
Pre placement training starts in 3rd year and in the final year, we start getting our chance to prove our worth with interviews. Top companies like Motherson Schumi, Mercedes Benz, Bosch and others have hired ECE students off late with an average salary of 5 lakhs an year.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees is quite less for those who come through CET but there are paid seats and fees automatically gets doubles for those who come through that. Students scoring well in CET were rewarded and along with that those who do well every year are also rewarded with 20-30% scholarships. Besides academic scholarships there are many other scholarships too.
Campus Life
Annual events like Furore, Torque, Siliconmania and others are organized every year. The campus is quite huge as it is spread in over 30 acres of land that has multiple hostels, admin buildings, play grounds and a digital library to die for.
Admission
Online is the way for those who want to get in through merit. Application forms are available on their website and for those who need paid seats can come directly and apply for that. Exams were held twice and the ratio of it was split into 30 for the mid semester and 70 for the final semester.
Faculty
Most of them are already PhD and some of them are pursuing PhD. Along with faculties the support staff too is excellent. Faculties helped us throughout with our projects and were always available after the classes and even weekends too.
