Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is somewhat outdated as the exams are conducted only once a year and also the frequency of practicals should also be increased. The difficulty of the exams is it's average. Overall the curriculum is outdated.
Internships Opportunities
Uttaranchal ayurvedic College do provide internship in its own hospital which is uttaranchal hospital located 2-3 kms from the college. The internship starts after 4th year. No stipend is offered to the students during internship period.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees is collected year wise which is 3 lakh per year. The hostel fee is separate which is ?1 lakh for boys and ?1 lakh 25 thousand for girls. The college also provides scholarship to those who are economically not well off
Campus Life
Overall campus life is descent. The college organises sports meet and cultural but the quality of these fest is not that good. The library has descent amount of stocks for books. There are no clubs or any sort of social groups in the college.
Hostel Facilities
Two students can accomodate in one room the hostel. The charges are ?1 lakh for boys and ?1 lakh 25 thousand for girls and the hostels are separate for both girls and boys. The room has 2 single beds 2 study table 2-3 chairs and 2 almirahs.
Admission
The addmission to this college is through NEET UG exams which is conducted nationally. The seats in this college are alloted on the basis of merit which is given through a counselling process which is online except the mop up round.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is good. The teaching methods of the teachers are descent. Some of the faculty is really very good at teaching. The interaction and approachability with teachers is good. The effectiveness of faculty members is nice.
