Course Curriculum Overview
I had opted for btech in electrical engineering for my family reasons and just because it is very much a core subject. But i'm not very happy with the overall curriculum. It has many unnecessary subjects resulting into unnecessary burden
Placement Experience
The college has its own training and placement cell to look after the training and placement of the students. They are very cooperative and guide to students for the well-being of their career. They bring many companies from both IT and core field
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is quite reasonable because it's a government institution. Other than that students can apply for many scholarships. They have many fee waiver schemes for the financially weak students
Campus Life
This college has a good culture for the nourishment of individual talents. It has many clubs to look after all these which also helps in bringing mar points for every students. They held annual fest every year focusing on both technical and cultural aspects
Admission
Students have to appear for wbjee and score a good rank to get into this institute And for lateral students one have to appear for jelet and score a good rank. Reservation for sc/st/pwd/obcs are available
Faculty
The faculty to students ratio is satisfactory but many department lack facilities for specific subjects. The available facilities are helpful and experts in their field, they know how to do their job
