The curriculum here has a great foundation of knowledge on engineering and other technologies based on it the course gives solid understanding about each and every topic related to computer science , the curriculam gives a solid foundational knowledge and conceptual clearity which is required in every subject of computer science to learn new technology and become industry ready. The course here highly focuses on conceptual clairty and then applying it in practicals and building reports on it and uilding projects based on these knowedge then doing internships in specific domain. The course creates a learning curve to shape the mind of the student.

The college has summer interships , there are may on campus as well as off campus of your choice, but the college doesnt overall give support in the internship , i got placed in a mohali based company there i used to do fullstack development but they face many issues with new joiner and early leaver , so its better to utilise the summer vacations in a good manner and with a good course on udemy. and study for a better placement.

The campus placements here are pretty decent , not that much good but if study hard specifically for placements then easily can get around 6lpa paclage , also there is plenty of time for other comptetevie exams such as gate , cat or upsc people spend ample amount of time in studyng these subjects and get selectd too , also higher study in foreing university and colleges can be focused if cgpa can be foced based on acadmics , the opportunity here is never ending.

The fee structure here is pretty decent about 100000 per year + 5000 hike seen each year for tution fees and financial assistance is given the needy like sc st , orphan , single girl child , financial weak etc also scholarship provided to the bright students based on merit. The campus provide placement drives for employment opportunities and also gives placement in prestigious companies for great great packages also many seminars and webinars are conducted to increase placements percentage and chances and give quality training.

The campus life here is extraordinary , the campus proved everything needed to have a great campus life providng it with the sport many facilities available here , here are may culutral(in october) and techfest(in february) are organised by the students and the authorities to give a great mixibilty and knowledge among students , the books here are of high quality and that of great range from starting from english litrature to high quality mechanical engineering. the classroms here are smart classes with high quality lab and computer equipments . the campus is famous for its extracurricular activities such as particicpation into youth fest to other coleges and universities , here sports meet and other meets do organise here twice a year one college level other university level. many curtural and technical clubs like gfg , codechef , google dsc and other clubs like shor (drama) , dancing , singing and debate clubs are there to provide great exposure to students.

I lived in a nearby pg Mundi pg hostel which was about 4500(+18% gst) pm without mess and 5500(+18%gst) pm with mess and other annual charges too 5000(+18% gst) per year extra and 5000(+18% gst) security which they never return , the food here is like cattle fodder , you cant bite roti and will give you constipation and other stomach problems , they will snatch your kettle or other cooking items and will force you to eat from their mess only , the gate here closes at 10pm you will not be able to move out or come in , the mess food should be avoided and will charge you unnecessary amounts or will increase the amount in the mid term and will force you to stay or leave in between if you leave in between they will not refund your security amount. also the mess prices are double coke 10 rs will be sold at 15 rs , also student who has extra money will shout in the hostel with dj and drinks and will disturb you.

The admission process is simple it is first JEE mains entrance exam then JAC chandigarh counselling for admission registration fee it is about 1200 Rs , and there is no state based reservation in the institution it is all India open and other case based reservation are there according to the government , also reservation to wards of freedom fighter , riot victim , armed forces etc is there. the cutoff starts around 55k to 95k in CSE.

The faculty here is very experienced and qualified faculties who had done their studies from IITs and NITs also many faculites has more than 10+ years experience in teaching in NITs , the teaching methodology and student management here is very much great they give proper homework research work and guide with the books and resources we need t0 go through to excel in the subjects , also they give practice questions to give in depth knowledge of the subjects , here mid term exams are taken place to understand the learning imparted on students also after every semester there is a teacher feedback form which is completely anonymous to fill and give feedback to faculties , also there are local chapters like nptel codechef google dsc and manymore which are supervised by faculties to impart industry ready eduction on students.
