Likes
- Main thing i like about miranda is the infrastructure. Oh my god! When it was my first day in miranda i felt in love with red buildings.
- There is a placement cell in the college. That gives job to many students from the campus.
- If we talk about curriculum so miranda is full of cultural activities over a year specially from February to April ( fest session )
Dislikes
- Things i dislike is old buildings have no AC's in the room.
- There is no unity between the departments.
- Some departments specially science department are very boring as compare to others.
Course Curriculum Overview
If i talk about mathematics so it was my weakness till school level but after coming to college I enjoy the course there are many seminars for it many activities held to promote the importance of this course. Overall I'm quite happy by mathematics.
Internships Opportunities
Last month in April there was "internship fair" in our college where all the college students from every department is invited in it but outsiders are also invited in it. Many companies was invited in it. It was the great opportunity for all the students.
Fees and Financial Aid
Mathematics honours in miranda house is very cheap in cost like 17 k per year so it is quite affordable. So those people who still can't afford then schlorship provide for them to get their fee back . No other charges taken by college. You have to pay examination only which is max 2000 per year only.
Campus Life
If I talk about my experience in college is good. Like I gain alot of confidence and knowledge after involved in many societies and club. So basically the social interaction building day by day. Pleasure to meet some people like Vikas sir, khan sir etc by this college only!
Admission
You studied mathematics in 12th class then you are eligible for this course no matter from which stream you are coming from. You have to fill the cuet ug form then after the entrance exam you have apply on du csas portal after that counselling session you can choose your course according to the preferences.
Faculty
If I'm talking about my departments faculty members, so mostly are very good but like 1% of them are very lazy specially they just focus not on to teach student but on cover syllabus as soon as possible ( I'm talking about only 1%). Remaining faculty is the besttest faculty of our college very frank, supportive just like a friend.
