Course Curriculum Overview
I enrolled in Btech program. The course curriculum is comprehensive, offering both theoretical and practical knowledge. Mostly they focus on the theory and the marks, there are only a few teachers who would force you to apply the skills practically otherwise it is just memorizing the theory and taking the exam, even if you don't know the practicals mostly the teachers will pass you until and unless you are found involving yourself in some unfair means
Placement Experience
The placement cell assists students in securing job opportunities. It organizes regular workshops, resume-building sessions and mock interviews to prepare students for the interviews. But they should expand their network to welcome a wider variety of companies, particularly in emerging industries
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees is quite high along with the specialization programs like DSAI but it is not worthy to spend that much for these type of courses as you can do the core CSE with much more benefits like the access to the MAC labs which we were not a=given even though we were the AI batch
Campus Life
Some students may find it challenging to adjust themselves to the predominance of Haryanvi crowd but there are many engaging activities available, the campus could benefit from more resources and support for student initiatives and events.
Hostel Facilities
There are several areas of improvement like the WiFi and the ACs. The food quality in the mess can be inconsistent, often lacking variety and nutritional value. The maintenance is slow and inefficient.
Admission
My admission was through SRMJEE based on board results and JEE results. , Everything was managed through the portal from submitting the documents to the fees as it was the time of covid. Apart from this people from admission department helped throughout the process.
Faculty
The faculty is composed of high qualified professionlas, but the experience differs from department to department. Some faculties are very friendly and easy to deal with while on the other hand some are very strict. Their expertise span in various domains, ensuring well-rounded education. While some faculty are dedicated and approachable few may not be as effective in communication or engaging in their teaching methods
