- I liked the overall atmosphere of the college. I really appreciated how the college has all the facilities for students like canteens, drinking water

Dislikes
- Some of the washrooms came out to be dirty and not maintained. The sanitary pad boxes were empty.
- There were always loud noises coming from auditoriums when there were functions.
- The girls common room always used to be crowded and there were not enough sitting space to sit comfortably.
Course Curriculum Overview
I had always wanted to choose this course. I always had a keen interest in english language and culture. Studying this in Xavier's made me get a strong hold of the language and vocabulary. It sharpened my ability to think and analyse. This particular course also kind of prepares you for the real world experiences. The teachers used different methods of teaching. The only thing I would want to be improved is that some professors just read out the text without making the points clear. So that I one minus point I would say. The exams conducted are not too hard or not too easy. By writing exam you can also increase your writing speed.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure of the institution is fine. Anyone can study here. The college also provides some relaxation to the reserved categories. The college also provides scholarship benefits through ekalyan. People can have the opportunity to take the scholarships. Regarding campus employment there is nothing such. Or maybe there would be some in some departments. The college provides placements to particular departments. There are no such internships available from the college that the students can take benefit from.
Campus Life
The overall experience of my college life was great. The college provided fibre atmosphere for students to engage themselves in various other activities. The college also held various functions. The sports meet is conducted every year. And along with various other functions and also the important days of holidays like republic day and independence day. The college also conducts various sports events. The college provides various social groups and clubs like the Rotaract club.
Admission
The admission process was all simple. It was all done through an online method from the college portal itself. There was no problem of going to the college and standing in line for hours to get admission. We only had to go to college for physical verification of documents that's it. And other things were all done online. The minimum eligibility of this particular course in english is 50% in 12th boards. Students are also made to write entrance exams. So the admission depends on both merit as well as marks of entrance exam.
Faculty
The faculty members of the English department were professionals and highly trained. The teachers always put so much effort into teaching and making learning easy for students. The teachers put great impact on the students and helped them move out of their comfort zone and learn new things. The teachers used different teaching methods to teach the students. The used blackboards and also the smart tv that was provided by the college in each classroom. The teachers are very friendly and are open to conversation regarding any doubt in the subject matter
