- College provides good placement facilities, Career development cell is there for preparation of placement and they are able bring good number of companies.
Dislikes
- Academic department don't co-operate with placement department. They more focus on academic performance.
Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum is more theory oriented. I think Lab hours should be more. I think the curriculum of labs should be align with real-world. Frequency of exam is very high there are 3 internals and three of them are compulsory.
Internships Opportunities
I got internship in Intel corporation and there also other companies like Oracle, Adobe. Some people got internship in Oracle with stipend of 40 thousand. I have dond machine learning projects in the Intel under the mentor guidance.
Placement Experience
Best part of this college is placement. They have created a Career development cell to focus on placement. They provide training for the placement. They are able to bring good number of companies in the college. Average CTC of the placement is around 5.5 lakhs.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is no rapid hikes in the fees but yes they increase the fees sometimes. You can consider once in 4 year . If you are choosing hostel total cost will be around 160000 in 4 year. I got internship for python developer role and there I'm getting 20000 as a stipend.
Campus Life
There are many cultural activities happen in this college. The name of annual fest is Anaadyanta. There are many co-curricular activities are also held like havkathons , coding competitions. There are many extra-curricular clubs are there like music club, drama club...etc.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is good but mess food is worse. They take meal charge explicitly from the fees. They also provide the bus for the hostel students to go the market. Hostel is inside the campus. And PG is beside the campus.
Admission
I entered the college through the COMEDK exam, Entrance exam was easy , I got 6000 rank and I got CSE. Nowadays CSE get closed at 10000. There is no reservation benefits. As such I haven't get any difficulties during the admission process.
Faculty
There will be 70 students in a class and it's doesn't affect the learning experience. Qualification wise all teachers are good but they don't have teaching skills. Teachers are approachable. Some teachers are strict about the attendance.
