Overall experience at NSU

I would rate 7.5/10 on course curriculum because some subjects are outdated. College syllabus can't meet the expectations of industry, you have to do other courses as well to get industry ready. Although, in last year there are easy subject which is a plus point because everyone have priorities for placement and entrance exams for higher studies.

Placements are okish. No well reputed company come for placements, some of small companies and startup company comes. Avg placement package is between 3-4LPA. Collage placement ratio is 25-30% and other goes for off campus placements.

Fee structure is divided into 6 semester 30k each plus 2500 for exam fees, in meanwhile there is extra 6k charged for soft skills. Now fee has been increased to 42k per sem. Last sem exam fee is 4500 (convocation is included). You can apply for Scholarship from NSP and e-Kalyan (Only for cast certificate holders). Loan facility is also available

This year a fest was held in which a band came. Typically very few fest are conducted. Library is good you can borrow book for you studies. There are good books and journals are available. Collage organises sports event also in which you can take part.

You need minimum 45% in intermidiate irrespective of any branch. Admission process is very simple you just need to fill the form and pay registration charges and you are good to go. No entrance test needed

College faculty are good and they are well qualified. Some teachers are post graduate and some teachers have done PhD. Although classes sometimes get booring because of 80-90 student but if you want to ask anything you can go and ask, it helped me alot. Mentorship is good from teachers side.
