- The college is full of green trees , bushes.
- the college faculty is really very amazing. They are really passionate about their domain subjects.
- One another benefit is the placement. Being in IIT, I do not have to take tension about placements.
Dislikes
- The college placements are not that much great as compared to other IITs.
- It have to share its campus with BHU, which I dont like that much.
- The infrastructure is not that much great. Buildings are very old.
Course Curriculum Overview
Im in the department known as Pharmaceutical engineering and technology. But the infrastructure of department is not that much good, mostly buildings are very old.However the curriculum is not that much tough .
Internships Opportunities
There are lots of companies visits the college campus during placement season like big multinational company google ,amazon ,infosys etc. Im first year student so I dont know about that much projects and the other tasks.
Placement Experience
I dont have knoledge about which semester students are eligible for placements. Many companies visited the campus like big MnC Google ,Amazon ,Infosys etc. My department domestic highest package last year was 39lpa and international was 96lpa. I will work for placements and will be selected for may be a big company.
Fees and Financial Aid
In IIT, student who are not able to pay course fee. There is fee relaxment according to which category you belongs to, for me I belongs to OBC category, my course fee per semester is 6,350 INR. It also depend on your family annual income.
Campus Life
The campus life is very amazing . There are lots of festivals happen in every month. Also library have all kind of books in each particular subject. Also there are lots of sports and extracurricular activities like table tennis , cricket,even swimming pool also .
Admission
The admission process was not that much tough. Anyone can go for exam . Students are selected on the basis of exam known as IIT-JEE. The exam is very toygh, only very few students are selected. Almost 14 lakh students give exam but only around 25k students are selected for IIT.
Faculty
The faculty-to-student ratio is good but not that much great. The teachers are really very amazing . Mostlu teachers have taken higher degrees from very famous university like Harvard , Stanford university etc.
