Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is fine, but many things which are required in practical job are missing some permanent Faculty are excellent, while some are just fine.
Internships Opportunities
We had to apply for internship on our own, and it all depends on how much do you want to grasp during the internship period although 2 months period is a less time, a bit basic understanding of how a real plant works, and what roles are performed is relatively made clear.
Placement Experience
Placements are good, with many reputed companies coming for recruitment, both IT as well as core.
College Events
Both Technical and cultural fests are organised, which are among the biggest in north india there are many events in which a student can showcase their talent the events are organised by students, with faculty playing an advisory role.
Campus Life
Campus life is good, and being located in Jalandhar, which is a fine city, and provides all facilities like malls, and eateries, and also north india's biggest book market after new delhi. Gender ratio is skewed towards males, labs have sophisticated equipments, but used less.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel charges during our times was 750 for 6 months but have heard that it has increased mess fod for different hostels is different, since each hostel has its own mess committee.
