Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum at chitkara University was very good. Like we can explore the foreign exchange program. University exchange programmes were there. Learning and exploring completely included in the curriculum. I think module system should be changed with semester exams. Level of difficulty war moderate in exams
Fees and Financial Aid
Tution was approx 41000 at that time for a semester. Other charges were also there. I secured 1st position in my semester exams so I got the scholarship of 50 percent reduction tution fees. I couldn't join the placement as I wanted to study further at that time
Campus Life
So many fests were there during my college times. So many big celebrities used to come. Movies and serial shoots were also done there. There were atleast 10 to 12 libraries as there was atleast one library in each departments. So many extra curricular activities groups were also there like C2s2 etc.
Admission
Eligibility was based on the basis of 12th class scores . 55 percent marks were required . Even I had 94.2 percent. Admission was on first come first serve basis . No entrance exam was there for Bcom.
Faculty
The faculty student ratio at chitkara University was 1:40. This is nice also as teacher and work on each and every student. Faculties were experienced and experts in their field of study. Almost faculties were Phd holders. We can interact with teachers everyday. We were assigned a mentor for the discussions.
