So, it'll be better to get another degree such as an MBA or M.com. it'll help you to get better placement. Or while pursuing bcom, one can think of pursuing CA/CS/CMA. As these courses can be pursued alongwith bcom.

There's very less possibility to face fees increase policy. For the course like bcom, the average cost you'll require is about 5K/year. Again, this is as per the caste system. The fees structure i mentioned is for open category students. For OBC, it's like 500year. And for other categories it's less than OBC. If you consider the college fees wise, then this is the best deal you'll ever get. Talking about placement on the basis of bcom graduation, then it's next to impossible for you to get any placement from there.
