Experienced Faculty - There are lots of experienced and knowledgeable faculty members who are dedicated to teaching and mentoring the students.
Quality of Education - Techno International Batanagar is known for its focus on engneering and technology courses.The curriculam is designed to be up to date with industry standards.

Dislikes

Wi-fi and Connectivity - Should give free wi-fi access to the students in the campus.

Course Curriculum Overview

The inclusion of modern and emerging technologies which are crucial in today's job market.Emphasis on practical learning through labs, projects, and hands-on experience. Faculty provides training based on new technologies which will help in real-world application and further academic pursuits. Faculty can provide more industry expert lectures. Exams are generally scheduled to provide sufficient preparation times. I think the difficulty level of the exams is medium, not so easy and not so hard also.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee increasing policy depends on the Techno group I think. As I took admission in 2020 my cost was approx 4 lakh in 4 years. There are no other charges. A West Bengal board students easily get a scholarship which is provided by the west Bengal govt. The scholarship name is SVMCM and the government provides 60,000 per year for engineering students.

Campus Life

I have had a lot of good times on the college campus with my friends and also with teachers. Library infrastructure is also good almost every book in the curriculum is there as well as competitive books are also in the library. The college conducts a cultural fest every year and also inter college tech competition conducted by the college.

Admission

The admission process is very easy. One who wants to be admitted to B.Tech in this college they just has the WBJEE rank card and also the JEE main rank card considered and other basic documents like HS mark sheet, Adhar Card, etc. To get admitted in this one can directly contact with college and also go through the WBJEE counseling process.

Faculty

Techno International Batanagar aims to maintain a perfect faculty-to-student ratio,though specific numbers can vary by dept by dept and coures.Students can benefit from direct interaction with, leading to a more engaging learning expeience.Faculty members are very friendly in Techno International Batanagar. Students can interect with their department teachers anytime as well as other faculty members.

Placement Experience:

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

It's my decision from class 12 that I will do civil engineering, so I chose the civil branch, the course curriculum is well and the teaching level is good but the main problem is lab, there is very limited classes for lab, so I think they should improve there.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

I like my college as it is but it can be good

I choose this college cause it is near my house and one of friends recommended me. I didn't applied to other colleges cause I knew I will be get selected and the financial condition of my house is not so good. Eligibilty of the course is 60 percent in with maths in 12th and needed to sit and get a rank in wbjee .Admission process is too much sothing you have to just come in college with the required fees admission fees is approx 96,000 in first sem you can deposit it in 6 month in half half amout.And in next sem approx 85000 is needed per sem till 4 year.Admission process is easy they will cooperate with you.you can get the form in admission dpartment.Areas of improvement is mainly if fees isn't paid in 6 month then yo will not be allowed to sit in exams....Read More

Khatti Methi College Life in TIB

They give admission through wbjee and jee main exams . In wbjee your rank have to under 30000 . For CSE you rank should be under 21000 . In betech admission wbjee and jee main have their own admission portal only you have to fill up the form and which college you prefer. And you can also get admission directly with donation . And they also give admission non jee candidate. But that process is lengthy....Read More
