Entrance Preview
This college is one of the best for the course and also it stands in the top 5 for commerce.the college has good teaching facility. There is a dress code which helps in managing corporate work. As well as there are good placement too in this college. I also got good marks in my 12th so that I got direct admission. In case if it was honors or something else there would be an interview and a written test
Course Curriculum Overview
The course and curriculum are good and also it might be similar to the other universities but the way they teach matter a lot. So that this helps in understanding the concept. Along with the normal, we get an option of doing extracurricular courses offered by other departments. There is difficulty in scoring marks
Internships Opportunities
No college doesn't provide the internship. But as per the curriculum we have to internships, it's left to us that we can get a stipend or not. The internships are NGO and corporate.
Placement Experience
There are a lot of companies that come for hiring Christians. Depending on the course we will get placed. There are jobs based on the profile as well as course. This placement is totally depending on you or a student. If a student wants to get placed he can sit for placement or else no. All students have the liberty to sit for placement
College Events
There are a lot of events celebrated in college. Initially, in the starting, there is an event called Darpan and also there is inter-college fest called in bloom which is the 2 major events. along with that, there are department fests as well as Basha Utsav, Christmas, nritta, Magnificat etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is not that expensive. Here in college, the fees will depend on the course. If the course is highly specialized then it will cost more. This fees will also differ from the location as well. If a person is from Karnataka then the fees will be less and also it differs to South India people and north India people as well as foreigners as well as NRI's etc
Fees and Financial Aid
The college has a tie-up with south Indian bank. So that it might not be very difficult to get a loan. As well as University provides a discount on the fees depending on the income
Campus Life
Campus life is amazing, which is really beautiful. It is a huge campus where we have the freedom to roam anywhere on the campus. The gender ratio is almost equal. Diversity is all over the world. People from across the globe study here in Christ. There are a lot of extracurricular activities in the college as well as there is a lot of centre in college.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is inside the campus where there are separately built for boys and girls. The hostel has a very spacious room and 3 or 4 Sharing rooms for each person he or she will get a cupboard, bed, table, chair and a hanger for clothes. These things are provided and the hostel is very safe because the students have to swipe they're I'd card regularly. The hostel doesn't provide food.
Alumni/Alumna
There is a good network of alumni in Christ. There are 5000 students and passing out every year so that there are good network and support from alumni of the college. They are very helpful for University in providing donation and funds to college.
Exam Structure
Every sem will have 2 exams, that is mid sem and end sem, where mid sem is like internals and is for 50 marks where 20 marks are mandatory to get. But end semester exam is like a normal main exam which is for 100 marks and the passing marks is 40 where all the students have to pass in both internals as well as the main exam.
Admission
Initially, my parents went to college and got the application form. Which costs 300 bucks. Then later after my results, I went to the admission process. As soon as I go there was some verification of all the documents like certificate and marks card etc. Then after the verification, I was sent to the room for results there as per the cut off requirements I met those. Then finally the collected fees and then they narrated the details of college like dress code timing etc
Faculty
The faculties are very knowledgeable. But we can't say that all the teachers are good at teaching. Depending on the teachers, there are teachers who teach well and there are teachers who are not good, teachers are bad at which doesn't mean he is not knowledgeable. There are yeah hers who lack in managing the class etc
