Likes

College campus is very good environment condition is very good
There are so many trees in the college also many parrots and birds we see
The professors are good they teach us in very beautiful manner

Dislikes

The temperature in college in summer time is bad also sometimes in hostel water facility
The food in hostels are not good the students do not get good food
One thing i disliked that the bhs and some persons behavior are not good

Curriculum activities are done in every years or we say every semetster students take part in tha one event is tech fest in which students take part in technical things they make project on technical also sports activities are done

In our campus the campus selection is good the maximum salary goes to 25 lpa and the average is 10 lpa if you study and want. To get job or make focus you cant get job but if you can,t get job you can do anything else from offcampus and our seniors have taken job offcampus in very good company mahindra, jv aviation, jsw steel ,etc

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes the fee structure for be lateral entery in admission time is 70000 after tha per semester the semester fee is 37000 including the hostel fee which is 4000 also it changes or varies according to different hostel but mostly it goes to 5000 also you can get scholorships in leet exam which is taken for be lateral entry exam

The college campus is very good very green environment is very good there are total 18000 trees in college the colkege campus is in 451 acres the college have very good cultural activity such as madhuram , techfeat also sports tournament are done in college in every semester

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility is good for a semester the hostel rent is 2500- 5000 it varies according to hostel the food quality is also good and the bill for mess comes every month also the mess bill is not so high

Admission

Addmission process is very easy you have to go to site sliet.ac.in and you have to do registration for exam which you want after that you have to make payment and you will get specific date for exam and admit card after exam you will get result the cut off does not goes high you can get easily admission

You can interact with teachers anything during the official period but also you can reach out to him at their personal time they are very helpful in this manner teachers teaches us in very good manner they are very good

MY HONEST REVIEW ABOUT MY COLLEGE LIFE

Placement Experience:

from 6th semester students become eligible for the placements and they should not have any backolgs or reappers in the exam and they should have morethan then 5 cgpa . as i am from the 2nd yeari donot know more aboutm the placement offered made but the average packagr is 3.5 to 4 lakhs per annual and around 70 to 80 percent of students are get selected in placement . and planns after getting the degree is to do higher studies in aerospace designing in the aircrafts.

Placement Experience:

Here, the placement drive starts at the beginning of the 5th semester and goes till the end of the 8th semester. Here, all MNC like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Capgemini, and many other companies come to our campus for hiring. In the very last year 2 students got selected with a prestigeous 2.5cr & 1 cr packages.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester onwards students are eligible for the campus placement. Either they get internship or they get placement offers . Number of companies visited are more than 50. I will give some examples of some best companies like google , microsoft, accenture, virtusa, lenovo , Paypal, shadii. Com , JP morgan and many more other good companies visit to our college. Highest package last year was 52 lakh and the average package was 6 lakhs . More than 70 percent Student are getting placement. My plans after the degree is to get a good job in a good company

An honest Insight of my college LPU

Placement Experience:

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum should be rated on how useful and complete it is. A good one covers all important topics like Software , Networking , Automata , SQLetc. it is mix theory and practical work . For CSE studendent there are coding laguage like C++ in 3rd sem and DSA in 4th semester.

True experience of a SLIET Student

I only looked for government colleges as they are affordable and well-reputed. I applied for several colleges and got selected for IIFPT Thanjavur and GGU Bilaspur but I wanted to study mechanical engineering and out of all options, this college was best known for its mechanical engineering course and lab facilities. I choose this college honestly as it was a centeral government college under josaa and has significantly less fees which would help me save for my master's . Internship apportunities in SLIET, Longowal

I applied in sant Longowal institute of engineering and technology in first seven round but I got electronic engineering which I didn't want, so I waited for special round and then I got Computer science. I am in general so I didn't get any quota for admission but obc and sc st have quota in the college. To get into sant Longowal institute of engineering and technology, you have to give entrance exam and the cut off of the college generally goes around 130-140 for general category.
