Entrance Preview
After my diploma examination, I appeared for the jelet and chose this college(Heard about its reputation before) and fortunately got it in the counseling. My jelet score was 5348in general category. extraordinary about this college except for the fees structure( which is the least in West Bengal). The admission process is similar.
Course Curriculum Overview
The infrastructure is very good. Almost 100% necessary laboratory equipment is available. The good teaching staff is there in every engineering department. Every department has their separate building. This college has a website. Overall, the infrastructure is good enough.
Internships Opportunities
Yes, they provide the internship. If you a general student and also other at first your fees are very chip to provide the internship. And also get a minority, sc, St, obc stipend, Swami Vivekananda etc.
Placement Experience
Here are a huge opportunity for learning and placements is also level high. Our respected teachers helping to our educational purpose. And they also help us to guide to our mental problem solution like our gardens. Previous year 80% student get placements many big companies from each Branch
College Events
Too many events. We love going to college. Hostel leagues, year-wise leagues of football, cricket, volleyball etc. A fresher's welcome is awarded to the very first-year students. An education fair is held each year. An annual fest is arranged by the students of the college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The total four-year course fees are 1,80,000 for every department. The course fees for a lateral entry student is a one-time payment during admission is 1,40,000. Well for a regular student 30,000 is the semester fees excluding the hostel and examination fees.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes, each and every scholarship are available for students where you will get every help from the college authority. Minority, merit-based, sc/st and obc scholarships are also available. Around 40% of the total students avail a different kind of scholarships which helps them pay the semester fees.
Campus Life
Campus life is awesome. We love going to college. Well for the ones who want girls in more ratio would not want to get admitted in the college. The girl to boy ratio is 1:4. Still, everybody needs everybody thing happens and we all get together and have fun. No discrimination and ragging in the campus.
Hostel Facilities
Well, I have nearly spent 3 years in the hostel. I would never regret that I spent the quality time in that hostel. The food item is decided by the mess community comprises of the students. The food quality is good but not the water quality. Drinking water is just drinkable.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, our senior students are great and make opportunities for us to get a job by recommendations in the companies they are enrolled with. We always try to engage with the seniors to build a relationship like our families. They help us in every way possible.
Admission
When I am entering this college, I was nervous due to I didn't know what type of campus. But when I enter I saw students are frankly. I saw the social environment. I am entering the admission room with a student who studied this college and he was the 4th year. here 3teacher seat to process for admission and they help me so kindly to got administration. It was a brilliant experience.
Faculty
There are highly qualified professors in the college who help to build the academics monument of this college. The teachers are very frank and helpful. They will always try to teach you no matter how hard it is for you. They will personally spend time teaching you.
