Reality check of campus

My course is electronic and communication engineering. As we all know that this is somehow became the toughest branch in engineering. Just because of less development and application in electronics related field. Teacher would tried to make more interest of students in electronics and communication engineering, they would take practical time to time with great knowledge.

There are many companies that are cometo campus for internship giving. These companies give internship on the basis of interview and aptitude and communication skills. The clubs give project for students to provide a gainable knowledge.

After 7th semester, the student are eligible to do 6 months intern. After that , if you are a good student, then you can get a ppo from companies. Every year , many new startup and companies are visited the college and give placement to many students, while some students which are extremely good at coding get double job offers. The average percentage of students which are placed is about 70 % . The highest package is about 70 lakh and the lowest is about 4-5 lakh . My plan after the degree is to take placement in software development field.

Yes , tution fees is not so high if you belong to middle class family. The placement is depend upon branch to branch. You have some opportunities to avail the scholarship and tution loan. The complete cost of education of a general category student is about 10 lakh for BTech. Apart from this, the education cost depends upon category to category, but must be less than 10 lakh.

There are some events conduct every year for refreshments of students. The annual cultural event is UTKANSH. while the annual technical event is TECHNITY. apart from this, there are some sports events conduct every year. There are many club in college, which also conduct event every year.

There is a bed , a table , an almirah provided for a individual student in room. There are two or three or four roomates in room depends upon which hostel would you take. Meal quality is depend upon hostel to hostel The college is far from city(around 7 km ) so there are not so many pg outside the campus.

You have to give jee main exam conduct every year. You have to score a good percentile for tier 1 branches( cse, ece, ice, electrical, information technology,etc..) if you are a general category student. The difficulty level of exam is not so high if you are a regular student. (Important advice: please keep main focus on mathematics) The application form is provided when counseling starts and if the college is alloted to you.

Faculty to student ratio is about 1:100 in classrooms. Well, in labs , the ratio is quite good enough, that is about 1:35 . Faculties approach for teaching is quite good but strictness is on its peak. Interaction of teacher and student is good
