- No one is even trying to do something new about not only academics but generally anything in life
- The college syllabus is too old and irrelevant
- The interaction between seniors and juniors is very less. Moreover there is not a proper guidance in terms the student's professional life and career
Course Curriculum Overview
The couse provides a comprehensive knowledge about all the subjects that are in included is inside the course. But what I really believe is the learning is still more theoretical and less experimental. The students get to know the concepts pretty easily but they are not able to apply it in real problems. This has to be improved, moreover the teaching style is way too old fashioned. The knowledge has to be transmitted in such a way that students learning through application. Students should be taught to apply the concepts first and wherever they get stuck the teachers should help.
Internships Opportunities
So the college has partnered with many different youth empowering organisations to bring internship opportunities. Majorly it is acmegrade infotech which has collaborated with iit Bombay and provides paid internship based on your interests, capabilities and course. But intership opportunities that really evolves your skills are mere.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is pretty simple and affordable. The tuition fee is 71,000 and along with service charges and all it goes to around 73000 . This is for general category. But still their is a scholarship - EBC scheme which provides 50% off over tuition fees . So basically it gets down to around 41000-43000 depending upon your caste . For SC and ST the fee is just 3500. Moreover there is also a scholarship for hostel residents. Which is Rajarshi chhatrapati shahu vastigruh scholarship which you can apply through aapke sarkar portal . And it provide scholarship upto 20,000 required you have provided all the documents.
Campus Life
The experience is good. The college allows you to know more about yourself and puts your ability to test. The sports facilities are good. Not much of clubs present on campus and even the college doesn't promote this kind of social activities much
Hostel Facilities
There are two hostels for boys. Hostel no. 1 and 2. Generally, the floors are categorised based on the branches like the third floor is for CSE students. There are 3 floors in both the hostels. The cleanliness is superb. The cleaners keep the hostel near and clean and it is done on regular basis. The food is pretty good.
Admission
The eligibility criteria is simple . You shave passed 12th exam with above 60 % and according to the percentile/rank in MHT-CET or Jee you get the admissions .After the counseling you Just have to get inside the college the rest is done
Faculty
The faculty members are just phenomenal. Each faculty member teaches their respective subjects very comprehensively. A good percentage of the faculty has completed PhD in their respective subjects and rest are either pursuing PhD or doing something related to research. Many of the faculty members have their own parents over the many researches that they have published
