Curriculum of this institute is nothing different . It follows the orthodox curriculum In some subjects, we get Real world application through practicals, whereas in many subjects, there is only theory so when we go into the industry, then only will get to know the applications of the theory that we read. Areas for improvement in the course curriculum will only happen if they put more efforts on practical based learning instead of theory based . Regarding examination, so there Army to examinations occur in a semester first is the midterm and second one is end semester exam. MID TERM consist of nerally 30 marks whereas END SEM consist of 50 to 60 marks. The remaining marks depends on the faculty for internal . Difficulty of examination is quite moderate to difficult. The exam question paper is surely not easy.

So currently I am in second year, so I have not got any internship from college Therefore, I might not be able to give a good idea regarding that part, but as I know After third year, students got internship as summer training in various companies like Tata Eicher , Mondalez etc .

after third year of graduation, students are eligible for placements . Around 1250 offers were made Some of the companies are DE SHAW , GOOGLE , ORACLE ,BPCL , HPCL etc. highest package recorded was 50 lakhs in 2024, whereas the average package lies between 10 to 12 lakh . He is in mechanical engineering department for the year 2024 out of 115 students 96 got placed .

Fee structure of this institute follows the semester pattern in every semester everyone have to pay a tuition fees of 62,500 . Additionally, if you avail hostel, then you have to pay 40,000, which includes hostel rent plus mess. So if you calculate, you have to pay 2,10,000 approximately in a year . One can avail any scholarship like state scholarship or any other that the person is eligible for , administration Section is quite helpful in terms of scholarships.

So there are two major fest occur in a year. One is Arohi and the other one is AXIS which are central India largest cultural and technical fest respectively . All books which are required for the curriculum are available in the library and one can issue them very easily, but one has to keep in mind that you have to return or reissue the book within 14 days after the issue date, otherwise fines will be imposed . Sports facilities here are very good. You get a different course for different sports. We have got a separate ground for cricket and football as well and the badminton court of Vnit is best in Nagpur. Only problem is with the strict administration of college .

Admission into this institute is only through JEE exam ( JEE MAINS) . One should secure a general rank of around 30 000 To get mechanical engineering branch in Vnit . Application and more information regarding exam can be obtained from NTA website .

Faculty here all had done their MTech and PhD from respected IITs . Some of them teachers very well. Interaction with teacher is quite easy, and the faculty also wants to help students if they need . For approachability in mechanical engineering department, we have two sections each consist of 60 students and both section have different teachers so that the student can approach the faculty very easily.
