Golden Memories In SVIT

nothing is bad about SVIT , so can give only good remarks to my college .SVIT college is very well maintain by management team and all faculties.also it is college which is affordable for rural sudents also.college management is very hard working and punctual.my overall experinece about SVIT college is very good. also last but not least all the very best for SVIT management team and all faculties.

firstly i want to thank you collegespeak for providing such a good platform to all students for experssing their thoughts regarding particular college . now about SVIT , i choose SVIT college because it is well experienced college in nasik city affiliated to pune university(estb 1998).also overall atmospehere is very pleasent.so that i can choose SVIT college.

i assess the course with the help of brochure which is given to every registered student at ARC center (mine is N.D.M.V.P K.B.T college of engginering , nasik).that brochure consists of detailed information of each and every college in pune university so it is very easy to assess course from brochure.

no not that much but yes for only one department (electonics and telecommunication) gives oppurtunity to students to learn from expertise staff of BSNL nasik.other thatn that not at all any internship is provided.and internship is very basic so they cant offer any stipoend but overall experinece of all students who attend program is very good.

first of i want to say that our college is in rural area so that as compare to city colleges very few companies were come in our college.also many of students get palced from loni college.for fresher average job opportunities are provided by college.but faculties and staff provide very useful tips for getting job in less time.

various types of events are celebrated in our college like tree plantation by NSS sutdents , blood donation camp . annual sports meet also organised every year. "euphoria" is annual gathering which is celebrated in last week of dec every year. also saree day , tie day etc.also celebrated with full of joy . cricket friendly matches for staffs also organised.

our college is in rural area but then also college fees are not afforadable for some students.approx 1.10 lac per year fees is required for student who are not live in hostel (local students) it includes tution fees , exam fees and bus fees .for hostel students around 1.60 lacs fees required.but college gave installments option so it is very easy to pay fees.

yes for needy students loan facility is available ,paying college fees by loan is very easy way for need y students whose financial condition is not good.also for sc st and nt sutdents college fees are nearly 5000 only then also they received half fees as scholarship.for open category students EBC facility is available.

campus life is very cool and happy.also in campus of SVIT there are all facilities provided like canteen , stationary , coffee shop etc. gender ratio is near 60% boys and 40% girls.central library is provided for students also each department have departmental libraries too.various indoor and outdoor games are organised in our college like cricket , kho kho , football , basketball , vollyball and kabbadi.

hostel and mess facilities are average .not as per every students expectations good quality of food is provided but quantity is very low . also in some room very low light is available . hostel is build in corner part so little time is required for hostel students to reach college.girls hostel and boys hostel is around 500m form each other.

alumini network is very good and all seniors and juniors are connected with each other. senior students gave proper and helpful advise to junior students.many alumini of SVIT are work abroad india and some of then are well settled now.some of alumini start their own business instead of doing job . overall alumini network of SVIT is very strong and studnets have very good bonding between each other.

exam structure is different for every year and it is decided by University of Pune, one of the premier universities in India, is positioned in the North-western part of Pune city.50 marks for online exam and 50 for theory in first year , 50 marks for online and 50 marks for theory in second year , then for 3rd and last year 3o marks for insem and 70 marks for endsem.in last year project work also.

addmission process is very long but i try to explain it in sequential way .so in march 2012 i gave HSC examination after that i start preparing for MH-CET (PCM group). approximately in 2nd week of may i gave CET exam (sub- physics , chemistry and mathematics). atlast after declaration of results of both examinations i started to search good colleges form nasik and pune region. and in 1st CAP Round i got SVIT (BE Computer).
