- We can’t dislike anything in academic side.But the thing students dislike is hotel.The food is good when compared to other colleges but they could still improve in this part
Course Curriculum Overview
Specifically our college has one of the best curriculum.They not only teach us to get marks.They have a structured plan from first year to our last year.We have an industry session in which our is knowledge is able to grown beyond our books.We will be also learning many things from our industry.They will be providing equal importance to theory as well as practical inputs.Our college has a regulation book that contains what the students are going to study,each chapters,subtopics in each semester will be detailed properly.Every week we will be having tutorward meeting in which improvement in curriculum will be discussed
Fees and Financial Aid
In terms of academic we can get seat by counselling and as well as management.If a student has a good cutoff that the college expects,he/she can get counselling with fees of 20000 to 60000 depends on department they choose.But if they got management seat they will have to pay more than 1 lakh rupee.And when it comes to hostel there are separate hostels for boys and girls in which each boys and girls campus has different blocks in their cost differs from 90000 to 130000.This is just an average fees structure not an accurate one.Schlorships are also available in which certain fees amount will be reduced for a student and as well as college management will be helping us for the fees if we are not in position to pay the fee.
Campus Life
The college provides a wide range of courses in pg,if and doctorate.The institution is affiliated with Anna University and accredited by National board of accreditation as well as National Assessment and accreditation council.One of the hallmarks of PSG college is vibrant student life characterised by numerous student clubs.These clubs span a wide range of interests including technical clubs,sport's clubs and special interest clubs.Technical clubs like Ieee,eeea,robotics club,coding club are there and conduct events, hackathon, workshops and competitions for foster creativity and innovation.Cultural clubs celebrate the diverse heritage of india and beyond.Music, Drama, dance and radio clubs are most popular.These clubs host events, performances and cultural events.Sports and fitness areas also integral part of PSG.They have excellent sports facilities and gym facilities.
Admission
I personally got management seat.So I visited the college first.I didn't write any entrance exam.But the college conducts in certain time period.If students are interested they can take it.For my seat I have paid about one and half lakhs because my cutoff is not up to the mark.The fees will be reduced according to the mark.And our college itself guiding us for the fees if we are not able to pay the fee.
Faculty
Most of the teachers are qualified and well experienced.They don't even hesitate to clear a doubt.Personally they will allot a tutor for a class in which students problems will be discussed.most of the teachers atleast will have a PG and many of them persuaded phd to.They teach us both technically and practically.Also they will also give more importance to slowlearners and help to reach out their potential
