Likes

The college campus is huge and full of facilities like fully centralised Ac campus.
The sports event in Amity hels student in connected with sports and physical activities.
The faculty of Amity is very helpful towards student and the way of teaching is also great.

Dislikes

The staff other than faculty is not so helpful they have rude behavior towrds student .
They do not provide that much of internship during summer break however placement are good.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course which I choosed is highly choosen course and the curriculum is also well structured which makes easier for the student to learn in a specific way. The exams are also in a smooth and very easy manner and the difference between minor major is almost 1.5 months which makes easier for the students to prepare for the exams.

Class Size: 54Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is divided in semester manner and also taken semester wise only. The total tution fee is 5 lakh of course which I choose however students also got scholarship if you have scored 90% in boards and also if you are in top 15 students academic score wise.

Campus Life

The overall experience of Amity is pretty beautiful and campus life is greatest in Amity because you got everything inside your campus. The college is very happening because of various events that happened in Amity on daily basis and the Fest is total vibe. The classes was also rich in technology and provided with centralised AC.

Admission

The admission process is pretty simple after submitting the form a small exam is conducted by which they check the social awareness , English and general knowledge of every student and after that selection mail has came to you if you're selected. The exam is of only 1 hour and difficulty is also medium and their is no reservation benefit and criteria.

Faculty

The faculty of our course is highly qualified some of faculties from IIT and one of cyber security faculty is from AMU and other faculties of our Institute is highly qualified and Phd holders. Some of Phd student is also teaching us.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the BCA program because of my interest in software development and web technologies. The curriculum’s focus on core subjects like Java, C++, and Database Management Systems (DBMS) was a major deciding factor, as these are the building blocks for a career in IT. ?The syllabus could be updated more frequently to include emerging technologies like Cloud Computing or AI/ML as core subjects rather than electives. Moving away from traditional rote learning toward more project-based learning would be beneficial. More frequent industry guest lectures would also bridge the gap between academia and corporate life The exam will be I would rate the difficulty as moderate. If you stay consistent with your lab work and internal assignments, the end-semester exams are quite manageable. The technical papers (like Mathematics or Architecture) tend to be the most challenging.

The Good and the Bad about BBD University by a second year student

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college are very very average. I say below average because the placement average package of average 500 students was around 4 lakhs. And there are more than 10,000 students in my college. So the placement is very low. And the highest package for BCA, was around 10,00,000 and engineering around 20,00,000. An MBA was also around 13 to 14 lakhs. So the placement is very bad in my college.

Placement Experience:

From the 5th sem we eligible for the campus placement, There are various highly-reputed companies that come for the placement such as Microsoft, Paytm, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, hcl, etc. Their average package is 2.2 lakh per annum And the highest package is 10 lakh per annum, The average of students for the placement is 80-90%. My plan is to get a good placement from there and to do a job for one or two years after that I will prefer higher education.

AMITY UNIVERSITY - GUIDE 101 FOR B.TECH

I applied to SRM chennai and got the admission letter. but i had to choose AMITY because of lack of hostel accommodation in SRM for female students. When i got there they told me they had 0 rooms for so many students. I did not get a rejection, i had to reject SRM because of lack of hospitality for North Indian people at the reception desk.
