- Thinks I liked about my college is placements the placement scenario is very good in my college. There are training and placement cell which is known as cdgc especially for the College placements.
- The faculty here is very good. You will get experienced faculty for each and every subject having a very deep learning of all the concepts
- The campus is somewhat ok you will get money clubs to join and to explore your college life
Dislikes
- Hostel condition especially for the first year hostel which is provided that is Shivalik hostel is worst
- Mess food is also bad. The fees for the mess food is too high. You have to pay 3600 monthly for the mess food
- Hostel fees is also very high it's around 76900 yearly
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum for the first year is not good according to me you need to study engineering drawing and other subjects that are not relevant in today's scenario.In our college core is given more emphasis than the overall skill of a student. You will get relevant time between the exam so don't worry about that
Internships Opportunities
Internships are provided for the students who are interested in the 6th semester that is in the third year. Many companies such as Google Microsoft Apple Adobe give placement as software engineer and company is like JP Morgan American express been and company Boston consulting group vacancy give internship as data analyst.
Placement Experience
The placement scenario is was quite well before 2023 after 2023 because of recession the placement sucks. Students become eligible for internship in their third year that is 6 semester many software companies like Google Microsoft Apple visit in our college for software engineers companies like mckinse Boston consulting services Bane and company American express JP Morgan visits too. This year 53.2 %students got placed
Fees and Financial Aid
Tuition fees for a student is 94000 in a semester. Which is over all 188000 early for the tuition fees it also includes 80 1000 500 rupees early for the hostel fees if we are obtained for the hostel and 3 3600 rupees for the mess fees monthly there are various scholarship suggest for reserved category for SC ST students for minorities students and for the students based on their academic performance.
Campus Life
There are many clubs including robotics club Asian club that scolding club IEEE club IIM the technical fests is named as taken Ocean the cultural fest is named as pec fest it happens around October or November every year sports and extra curricular activities which are offered or on campus are quite well there are many places in which you can play sports there is specific cricket ground football ground and athletic ground to practice your specific sport
Admission
You have to go for JEE mains for taking admission in the in this college there are many branches such as computer science and engineering data science artificial intelligence electronics and communication engineering electronics and communication engineering in specialisation in VLSI aerospace engineering electrical engineering mechanical engineering material and material science engineering civil engineering and production and industrial engineering. The college take admission starting from A rank of around 3000 for computer science with extends up to rank of 7280000 for metallurgical and material science engineering for general student. Reservation for SC students and ST students OBC reservation is not given in our college and reservation for home state Quota students. You will not face any difficulty in admission process it's very simple
Faculty
Difficulties in our college are highly qualified and their know their subject very well.The faculty to student ratios in our college is good. You might get 15 students for one faculty member with seems to be good with the professors there are also assistant professors who help you in the college for your study the approach of you there teaching is good
