It is the only one among all CENTRAL Universities which offered MSc (environmental science and technology) ."Technology" word has its own influence. In research CUPB always get 1st rank among newly established CENTRAL UNIVERSITIES. Also, I am from Rajasthan so Punjab is not far away. So I opt CUPB
Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum available on the website of the central UNIVERSITY of Punjab, Bathinda (cup.edu.in ). Very good syllabus specially designed for the competitive examination (UGC-NET, CSIR-NET, GATE). Environmental science and technology is a multidisciplinary subject and here we study all subjects.
Internships Opportunities
Yes, but in a few courses, ie. Law, education, mtech. But in EVS: UNIVERSITY not provide. However not concerned about this.
Placement Experience
Here the main trend toward JRF and become a professor. New UNIVERSITY so not many companies know about it so placement is not good. But maximum people clear NET and do Ph.D. Mostly alumni are professors. In one word not expect the campus placement.

Fee Structure And Facilities
Economic fee structure 1. Tuition fee-- 1st sem (at admission ) 10700 then approx 6000 per sem 2. Hostel fee-- at admission 1st sem 13500(approx) then 8500 rs/sem Per month approx 2000-2500 rs mess fee. If you belong to a reserved category then also get discount in hostel and academic fee.

Available on the UNIVERSITY website. University helps those who economically weak. EWYL (earn while you learn) facility also.
Campus Life
Campus life is awesome, still, it is not shifted to the main campus but provides the merely good facility. Food is awesome (combination of North and South India). Gender ratio almost 1: 1. Students across almost every state, foreigner students also (Afghanistan).
Hostel Facilities
Temporary Campus still so the hostel is not par good, but fine (table chair, bed, mattress, 24 hrs electricity, daily room cleaning, and passage, for winter warm water ). Food is delicious and great). In morning various paranthas curd, coffee, tea,/ idli/dosa/oblates.. thrice in week paneer, desserts also provide in dinner,
Alumni/Alumna
Next year (In 2019)CUPB Will celebrate its 10th foundation day. So it comparatively new, not such huge network.
Exam Structure
Very good examinations system. 100 marks divide into 4 parts 1. 1st mid sem 25 marks (subjective type) 2. 2nd mid sem 25 marks (subjective type) 3. 10 marks surprise test(either subjective or objective) 15 marks: assignment 4. Final exam: 25 marks CBOT (Computer based online test) MCQ
Admission
Following steps of admission in CUPB 1. In March CUCET website open to fill the form. First, register their 2. In April ending exam of cucet 3. After 1 month cucet announce the result 4. The opening of the cupb website for admission. Fill all details with the cucet score. (CUCET ID and roll no don't forget ) 5. Cupb declares its three merit list. 6. If your name in the list, as per given date reach here for verify your documents.
Faculty
Environmental science and technology is a multidisciplinary subject and here we study all subjects. Very nice faculty, highly skilled and knowledgeable, very co-operative. Sufficient quantity of teachers with great quality. 90% professors are very good.
