Course Curriculum Overview

IT sector are only field that at least gives jobs in the industry. we all knows the current situation of jobs and we also need time to develop skill in it field that the impact i knows and i would like to say that it. suggest the areas for improvement in the course I think we need proper at least 6 month time because it's a huge syllaybus ... the frequency of exam and timing is, in MAKAUT

currenty i am in 1st year but some senior said that in 3rd student are eligible for campus placement campus place is average. 4.lakh to 6 lakh are average placement and some people got higest placement of 11lpa to 25lpa 80 percentage of student getting placed my plan is getting a good job and working for company

ya, there is a tuition fee policy that they give us, and need all the agreements and sign on the complete tuition fee including all is 5.9lakh. ya number of scholarship given probably to WB students due to domicile certificate

ya in some years collage organizes an annual tech fest and students and teachers enjoy the fest. number of books available on library sports and extracurricular activities is also available ya you can do social media groups it your choice to do or not

Give WBJEE(west bengal joint entrace exam ) ya JEE MAIN. atleast you got 60% in in 12th . you can find the form in wbjee.com and it cost 1200 rupees for general caterory and 1000 for sc/st. you can find all the information of exam related in website(wbjee).

Faculty

The faculty to students ratio are good, As par classroom 60 student in there present in each classroom.The experience of each and almost are phd.All are in good and teches well in classroom and their approche is averaeg ,all are not eqal so some are bad aswell .Mams are speacially interact with all of students

Placement Experience:

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

I appeared for an entrance exam and I got a seat for CSE (data science) course at Techno International New Town. But I filled upgradation form and went for round 2. And I got a seat for Information Technology course at B. P. Poddar Institute of Management and Technology. So I took admission in this college rather than taking risks of going to round 3. At our college students can get admission by giving entrance exams like JEE Mains and WBJEE. Cutoffs for different courses vary every year.
