simce our college is an autonomous, college management has been framing the syllabus and revising the syllabus for every 5 years. Particularly in mechanical domain, it’s like a ocean, we can learn everything and expertise in all field( not only in mechanical)

For the last 10 years we have been 90% placed. Every students will get their core companies. The placement proves and management is unde the control of students, we have student placement coordinator who approach the companies to visit our college. And also the companies offer is good

We have 22 clubs controlled by students. Each and every club have student president and chairman. Every club conduct an inauguration and validatery function. Club include social movement, student welfare, sports, placement, knowledge. Also they organising events like funny events, paper presentation. Apart from club we have cultural and technical events

Fee structure is so feasible ( from merit ) and also they are providing scholarship for students from poor back ground. Fee structure is need not to worry about. Fee is nearly 18k for a year (2 semester) and 1500 for semester exam fee. One who get admission in this college are so lucky

We have an excellent lab facilities and excellence lab in few domains. Even we have advance 3D printing lab and also excellent workshop. The campus life is awesome. I’m so lucky that I’m from CIT. We have enhance in almost every sports and numerous motor sports events . For mechanical students,5 motor sports events were conducting every year

Hostel facilities is good. The facilities was built at 1962. We can find old structural facilities.we can’t expect an luxury here. But it is more than enough for an student to get accommodate and the food is fair good. We will get a good South Indian food

Yes, every year they used to conduct alumini as well as reunion function to get everyone connected. Also it helps us to get a new company for the placements.

For mechanical we have 8 semester, for each and every individual semester we have mid semester (50 marks), later which will be converted into 7.5 each. And semester marks holds 75 marks, remaining 10 marks for attendance and assignment. Our college frame the ram questions

Got admission through counselling ( single window system). We don’t have entrance exam for engineering admission. College admission will be allocated by cut off percentage ( scored in HSC out of 200 ) hence it is a top institution in Tamil Nadu, We need to score above 197/200.

Faculties teaching method was so good, they impose the knowledge and concept via practical. Each and every theory section later we will have practical class. Especially for mechanical, they used to conduct us a laboratory class for every 4 times a week.
