Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum offered to us was pertinent to the needs of the day and age but I wish there was an attempt to include more of practical learning classes where students can come along and express their knowledge and understanding to be evaluated by the esteemed faculty.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees for the degree of English Hons was 75000 INR. There was a merit-based scholarship scheme whereby students can get some waiver on the above course fee. There were additional costs involved which included food charges, trasport charges and the college also provided other amenities like sports stuff.
Campus Life
The scope for social-enhancement was immense as there were so many cultural and social events occuring in a periodically frequent basis. The facilities of the department of sports and library has plethora of options to choose from.
Admission
The minimum cut-off to get selected of the NT course was 45% when I went for my bachelor's but I am not sure of what it is now. Exams were conducted frequenly and in a timely manner. The questions were of a settled range and the professors took review classes after the exams to clear doubts.
Faculty
The faculty provided to us were some of the lost learned, well-spoken and compassion beings I ever had the privilege to be under the tutelage of. They made sure to include every aspect of our suggestions on their method of teaching in the very next class which made us feel belonged to and a part of the whole learning process.
