Law in LPU - How is it

I want to choose judiciary as my future career as an option such that I chose this course for better relevancy in the preparation. The teaching methods are good however, they never adopted the traditional system of teaching. They always went for e-system i.e., e-library, ppts, PDFs etc. The timings of the exams are on easy level in the context of academic curriculum.

I have availed all the internships from my own end, not with the help of the college. As such I can't provide such detail in proper. However, other students have found the internship experience fruitful with a good stipend in the law firms and other legal associates/officers.

The campus placements is preety quite appreciated because they offer a good amount of placement offers to the students who register with them. The average package of this course comes around 6-7 lac per year. The highest can go upto 12-13 lac rupees only with this course.

They regulate the scholarship on the basis of first cum basis concept as such it downs from 50 per cent to 10 percent scholarships based upon Lpunest or 12th marks or entrance test result etc. I got 20 percent scholarship due to delay in taking admission in the college however they are also costly in terms of accomodation in the comparison of PGs outside college. If we compare to other colleges, then free structure of the course programme offered by them is pretty good. The campus employment can be appreciated as such you can get a good stipend with internships and pre placement offers.

There are numerous annual and other festivals which are being organised by the college on regular basis. You can find several programmes which can be seen periodically with other sports activites. The students also run their own social groups and clubs to facilitate the process of their objectives and goals like states/region basis. You can found e-database management system for the journals and library.

The rented accomodation i.e., hostel facilities of the college is very well maintained and you can found both mess and accomodation facilities together in the one. There are separate boys and girls hostels. It even varies from single occupancy to 8-9 seater occupancy rooms for the students as per their financial capacity. However, it's a little costly in terms of living in comparison of PGs in that area.

There is no such admission test or entrance test. They just take you on the eligibility criteria that is around 55-60 percent marks in 12th class through any board. Just submit your docs and get the admission in the college.

The faculty to student ratio is managerial and it's easy for them to focus upon each and every student. It's also very easy to interact and approach them at any time. The faculty was amazing in teaching to the best of their capacity. The college regulates the sections to maintain the better effectiveness among teacher to students.
