Banasthali Vidyapith

I am currently pursuing B.tech , the reason to pursue btech from here is they have good placements as compared to other private colleges. Here courses are designed to provide a holistic education , courses are designed in such a way that it integrates knowledge from various fields. Like in my course of computer science there are many subjects like database management, women empowerment subject as well as parenthood subject also . This is how they prepare students for multifaced roles . Here we attend proper labs everyday so that our practical skills get better . Here we organise many hackathons and participate in various technical clubs to enhance our practical skills. These skills also help me in my personality development. So yeah overall the course curriculum is far good in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness.

In 3rd year of btech there are some companies which offer campus internship of two months but they prefer computer science students more as compared to information Technology students. Now from 4tg year students are eligible for 6 months winter internship and placements. This year placements were not good at all . Companies were not even hiring students . Companies like visa , bny , TCS , Infosys they also visit college but not doing mass recruitment from college. So placements are not getting better this year in the college. This might be because of recession or next batch may get something better to avail. So yeah it's overall review of college placement cell .

Our fee is 160000 for one semester and it varies next semester also . Hostel fees is 50000 . Scholarships are provided but they don't let students know that forms are available in the office we need to go there and look it by ourselves that whether forms are there or not . This should be looked up . Overall Banasthali Vidyapith 's fees is not much as compared to other hostels. Every course have its different fee structure so it's not possible to define everything here . Banasthali is a affordable college with affordable fee structure.

I was a technical manager of Oscode BV Community club . Festivals like Holi is celebrated with a lot entertainment and joy . Additionally we have apaji fest in our college in which we enjoy three days fair and 1 dinner night with Rajasthani dinner arranged . Library has a wide range of books of every category so it's easily available for the students to take the benifit, also we can go to library to study and sit in silence. There are no restrictions for that till 8 at evening. Many students run technical clubs as well as arrange different festival decorations in hostel we fully enjoy hostel Life .

In one room there are 3 beds . And three table chair for three students. We have to bring our own curtains as they are not provided. A almirah is provided which has three sections for students. Everything else like mop and all we need to buy it overselves. They provide four time meal in hostel whose quality is okay . Neither too good not too bad for students. There are common washrooms for students. So sometimes it's difficult to access because we need to stand in queue in the morning to bath . I live in hostel as hostel is mandatory in college.

I have taken addmission in b.tech field so the eligibility of btech was 12 pass and should be a physics chemistry maths student . First of all you need to apply online then they conduct a entrance exam which is of a little bit hard and questions from physics chemistry and mathematics are asked there ..the time limit is 1 hour for 90 questions then they will ask you to post them the documents once you receive the selection mail. We post the documents offline to college. Then they will call us for the fees submission and the child is selected for the course . Addmission process is good there and hostels are also attoted as addmission is final to the students. Taking hostel is mandatory for all students whether they are from near of the college or far away .

Faculty of Banasthali Vidyapith is very interactive and helping only if you are an enthusiastic learner. They even manage their time for students only if students are interested in asking questions. They also ensure every student is getting what they are teaching . They also ask questions in the class to look up how many students are actually getting the concept. So overall Banasthali is good in teaching . But if a student is not interested in studies so it's not beneficial for them because teachers don't pressurise students, if one is not willing to study they don't care which is a good practice. Faculty is hardworking , I appreciate the college faculty for teaching with so much efforts on childrens. Also when we meet to our Head Of Department. They also ask us how the faculty is teaching. Also at the end of the batch they also mail us the faculty review form so that we can rate the faculty that how they were teaching, whether we are able to understand the concept or not .
