Remarks

College is wholesome best for students who want to increase their knowledge or sharpen their skills in any field. Management is also nice. But the ground problem is there that college has no ground for games like cricket but indoor facilities for table tennis, badminton, squash.

Entrance Preview

Because I got my name on the fourth cutoff list and it comes under Du. It is also very near to my home and hardly takes 30 minutes from my home which makes easier and convenient to travel every day without too much of tiredness. It gives an advantage of saving time and utilise it efficiently for self-study or other activities.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

I felt I am really lucky having this college where a huge library have been in each floor of the building provides every book related to your curriculum and you don't have to worry about the books required. It contains books of all courses and of all years which are of good authors and meet whole syllabus required.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, our college provides internship on after exam holidays or on weekdays having a stipend of average 2000 to 5000 per month but I can say it less of earning and more of learning.

Placement Experience

5

Having my college as an off-campus from Du but till now six or seven companies actually provide opportunities and placed almost 30 to 35 students in different companies. Companies like E&y, Royal Bank of Scotland, Genpact, tresvista and many more visited campus.

College Events

5

In our college there are lots of courses offered, so events are also celebrated in every courses name annual fest. But an event celebrated of entire college name kalrav which also welcomes a celebrity chosen to perform and It performs at large scale that all college present on that night makes it memorable. It have all stuff like Dj,food stalls,games,activities,e.t.c.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, I don't know about loans but yes there is scholarship according to their performances in the first semester and if they apply for the same.

Campus Life

4

Every individual has a dream of living campus life and I think this college makes my dream true. It is fantastic. The gender ratio is also almost equal which makes the campus a good place for interaction. Labs are fully equipped with new tools and provide the student with a chance to learn practical things out of the book. Sports and competitions are also well held each year or every time when competition is going on on other colleges or even other states. There is society allocated for each activity of singing, debates, dance, a street play which provides students to nurture their skills.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

I don't know much of the hostel because I personally don't live in the hostel but my lots of friends are in and from their views I can say it is way better in respect of facilities provided. And for mess food, every day there is new item has been introduced and it repeated on other week and also it feels like homemade that what my friend says.

Alumni/Alumna

When I was a newcomer in the college, the seniors are the one who supports me to make me familiar with the new environment and peoples. They are very supportive and we now passed it to newcomers.

Exam Structure

Exams are conducted semester wise means in every six months syllabus changes and at the end of each month, exams have been conducted. With the exam, there is also an exam of a generic subject which means subject other of the main course. If an individual has not cleared his/her paper they have to reappear for the particular paper but for a limited time.

Admission

As for how Du brings out its cutoff list every year, so at that year also it keep it same and I got my number at the fourth cut off as per eligibility. Then I went to college with my original tenth and twelfth mark sheet and aadhar card. After I reached there, there were a group of teachers work hard for the filling of form necessary for admission then after meeting all formalities and necessary stuff required, I got my name enrolled in college.

Faculty

5

Again, it's lucky because every individual from college told me that in college teacher not maintain supervisions on students which made them shirkers but from my experience, I can say that faculty are very well qualified and maintain friendly relations with students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

The placement is quite good the percentage of students is not same always it changes but only those students with proper knowledge, experience, skills get good placement. There is a proper placement cell for this which is very active. Prepare for government exams (SSC, UPSC, etc.) Go for higher education (PG, B.Ed., MBA, etc.) Enroll in skill-based or professional certification courses outside college

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...
