Likes
- I like the strictness of the college every student have to be on time.if anyone is late they can't enter in the college.so that is the first thing I like about the college.this type of strictness should be in every college for the students.
- I like the cleanliness of the college. My college is so much clean. there will not be any type of chips packet in the college . They keep our college clean . As I have completed one year in the college I have never saw a garbage in the college.
- I like the teachers of the college they are so much cooperative. They are polite.if we ask questions to them they give us answers in a polite way. teachers are supportive in our college. They try to give us the best . So that is the things I like.
Dislikes
- Our campus is small that is the thing I don't like . Courses in the college are limited. I wanted to do bsc with cs but in the college there was not bsc so because of that I had chose BCA .campus is small that is the reason of limited courses.
- There are limited job opportunities in the college and limited internships. Placement packages are low comparison to other colleges. So the packages should be enough for students and maximum jobs should be taken by the students.
- Competition are there in the college but there are some limited games to play if a student wants to play another game he can't play so the activities are limited.
Course Curriculum Overview
I am persuing BCA from ip campus 2. i chose this course because I want to be a software developer but I didn't have enough money for persuing b.tech as b.tech takes so much money so my alternate option was BCA it's fees is not so much high and if I will do hard work I can get a job of software developer so that is the reason why I chose BCA. Curriculum is good enough for the students but that needs some upgradation. These types of courses should be upgrade regularly as in that everyday is a new technology. There is no Artificial technology subject in our course and we know that it a important subject and there is no python in our curriculum so there are many things that have to be change or should be upgrade so that students can get enough information about new topics. Our subject are of easy to moderate level they are not difficult or easy.
Placement Experience
In the 3rd year students are Eligible for the campus interviews. Students went from the college for the interviews in the bus. Teachers went there with the College students. Average package of the job is about 2 lakh per annum. Packages are not so good in the campus placement. there come companies like HCl, Wipro, TCS etc . 10 students out of 70 got placed in the campus placement that is not a good number. My plans after persuing BCA is applying for on campus interviews if I will got a good offer I will do that job otherwise I will apply for off campus interviews.
Fees and Financial Aid
BCA fees in my college is approx 35000. I thing that fees is not high or low that is a good enough fees for students of computer application. Our college provide scholarships for the students whose financial condition is not so good . I have applied for the scholarship and I got 23000 scholarship from the college so I think that is a good thing that you can get scholarship money from the college you can get a second hand laptop from that scholarship money as laptop is so much important for a BCA student
Campus Life
There was no freshers party in the college that was not a good thing for me as my friends were telling about there freshers party and I don't got any. There are always very boring programs held in my college. There are no technical program that happens. There are enough journals and books available in the library. our computer labs are good enough that we can practice our program there very nicely. Limited sports are there which I don't like. There are many students who run there social groups.
Admission
If you are passed in your 12th class exam you can fill a online form which is provided on the ccs university website in that you have to enter your 10th standard and 12th standard marks. according to your 12th standard marks there will open a merit list. So then those students whose name will be in the merit list then the student will get the call from college that there name are in the merit list they can come to the college for the admission of the student. There will be three merit list provided by the college. admission processor is easy not so difficult I don't think I need any improvement.
Faculty
There is 1 teacher for 70 students because in every section there are 70 students so the pressure on the teachers is high.as the ratio is not good so students take advantage of it they always tries to disturb the teachers so that they will not teach.
