Hostels are average and the mess is also good. But students can opt for hostels and not take mess if they are willing to eat from outside. There are numerous shops in LPU that provide food of various kinds from South Indian to North Indian to Chinese.

Exams are a little strict here and are held twice a semester namely midterm examination and end-term examination. In between these two, they also conduct class assignments and class tests. Overall the exam structure is good and keeps you testing on a regular basis.

I did my bachelor's in biotechnology from this place so I appeared for lpunest, an exam they conduct to give scholarship and I scored 75.5/90 and got a scholarship of 20000 per semester. Direct admission is also possible but no scholarship will be given. If your father is in defense then you get a defense quota of 10% of your course fees.
