Good college in state level

Our college management is good which provides different events and also academic studies effectively.

I opted this college because of its placement facilities and teaching qualities. I heard that it is one of the top 10 colleges of Telangana. I actually wanted to join Chaitanya Bharati Institute of technology or Osmania university but as my ECET rank was not sufficient i joined this college, but at last, I thank God that it is providing better placements now.

The curriculum of this college is designed such that it has min 4 theoretical subjects and minimum of two or three laboratories. From the 3rd year they include open electives in the curriculum such that students themselves can select any one subject from the given subjects based on their interest which I think is a good idea. The curriculum also includes sports during first year.

I heard that in the academic year 2015-16, 904 students got internships in 63 organizations like All India Radio, Amrita Tool Craft, BHEL Hyderabad, BSNL, CITD Hyderabad, Diesel Locomotive Shed Kazipet, Dr. Reddy's Laboratory Hyderabad, Doordarshan Hyderabad, Dr. NTTPS Vijayawada, DRDL, DRDO Hyderabad, ECIL Hyderabad, ITA Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, Vasantha Tool Crafts Hyderabad, TS Genco, TS Transco, TSMSIDC, TS NPDCL, Tata Motors, SCCL Kothagudem, SCCL Ramagundam. During my academics, I have gone internship to the heavy water plant. No stipend.

Every year 60%of students from every branch will be placed.CSE and ECE students have good placement opportunities. Packages provided by the companies are 3.5-5 LPA and few companies offer 10LPA for few skillful students. There are sufficient chances that by the next two years placements will be increased to 70%.

Our college hosts an annual event called Sanskriti every year, which is a cultural fest and one technical fest which is named as Sumshodini. There are many technical events and workshops during this. Students enjoy a lot during the fest. Apart from that, there are cultural clubs for dance, music, arts etc. Every event is organised on the campus for students.

The fee structure includes 92,000 of college fee, 14500 admissions during 1st year and 7000 admission fee from the second year,10000 of hostel fee and 10000 of bus fee. It provides fee reimbursement for the students and also scholarships. It doesn't take any condonation fee.

College provides fee reimbursement and scholarship facilities from different platforms but it doesn't provide any loan facilities.

Good campus life. The ratio between boys and girls is almost equal. Many workshops are conducted during technical fest like robotics. Our college has an Indore stadium and outdoor stadium where we play sports and different intercollegiate and intercollegiate competitions are held in our college premises.

We have good hostel facilities. The Wi-Fi has a speed of about 5Mbps. And the mess food is also qualitative. No ragging is being done. Good relationship between seniors and juniors in hostel premises. It provides snacks and milk in the evening time. The infrastructure in the hostel is also good

Our college seniors are very friendly and the seniors who already completed their btech and got placed will again visit our college to instruct and guide us.

The examinations are scheduled such that there are two mid exams which the 20 marks each and one end semester exam with 60 marks. The laboratory exams include internal and external labs. The mid exams are conducted after completion of every chapter so there is no pressure of exams on the students.

I got the admission in this college through ECET exam. I secured 1537 integrated rank and 300 branch rank then during web options entry I have put this college in the 3rd position of my college list. First one was CBIT and 2nd was OU. Then I was selected for this college. When I first entered the college the administration treated me in such a way that I did not find any difficulty in the admission process.

15% of the faculty are professors, 25% of the faculty are associative professors, and 60% are assistant professors, in almost every branch. The teaching quality is good. Every topic is taught using digital media like projectors, and every concept is taught with its application. The institute's mission is to impart quality education that enables the students to develop their skills and knowledge to achieve their professional goals.
