About our College

The college is good nothing bad about the college only thing is infrastructure as it was a 36years old. Instead of going outstation this is the best college in our region with good staff and quality of education.

This is the best college in Warangal after National Institute of Technology, Warangal and for mechanical engineering, it has more value and the professor here are highly qualified the ease of learning and environment in this college is quite good and it is very near from my home. So instead of going outstation, I found this as the best college and it was in the top-3 best institutes in our state (Telangana). This made me choose this particular College

The course is quite good with and well assigned in manner. The curriculum is strictly followed. We have 4 units and each containing 2 chapters which covers the entire subject with Many core subjects. The schedule is followed strictly and we have only 5 working days in a week i.e, from Monday-friday. This makes it easier for us to follow the course curriculum and we'll get habituated to it in no time after joining.

No, our college does not provide any internship but it will assist you to get internships wherein you have to enrol for the internship of your wish and get a letter from training and placement and visit the industry/place of internship. The college will guide you how to do and what to do to get internships.

There are many opportunities provided for us in the form of placements and job. Many companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra,..etc visit our college for recruitment and our college provide complete information and guide us to get the job and see that we'll be placed in the best job based on our percentage of marks and our quality

There are two main events celebrated in our college one is Sanskriti and samshodini. Where Sanskriti is a traditional fest it will be celebrated in the month of March every year for two days the first day we'll have the traditional fest in morning and in the evening many activities like cultural programmes takes place and on next day evening we'll have DJ night and many other programmes this is complete entertainment. Sumshodini is a technical fest which takes in the month of October it is for three days where two days we'll have workshops on different topics departmental wise third day we have different events and competitions where students participate and can win prize money and show their technical skills. In addition, these many other events like teachers day, engineers day,..etc events are celebrated departmental wise

The fee is feasible it is for Rs105000/- and scholarship of 35000 is provided for students who get a seat through entrance exam so we have to pay 70000fee. Additional to this library fee and all other expenses are to be paid which cost around 6000. If any of the students get below 10000 ranks the government of Telangana is going to pay the total fee. The hostel fee is 56000.

The college doesn't provide any scholarship for BTech students but we get the scholarship from our State Government for getting scholarship we have to qualify the entrance exam with min marks and then 35000fee is paid and we'll get scholarship amount of 5000-6000 yearly.

The SAC(student activities centre) clubs takes care of all the activities in our college like a literary club, sports club,..etc., are there each takes care of their respective work many competitions take place like debates, essay writings. In sports, many competitions take place and our students visit other colleges and get a prize from there and every year our college conduct sports meet too. The campus is good with neat and best environment the gender ratio varies with the department but overall it will be equal.

The hostel is good with a quality food. Rooms are separate and each room is for 3-4 members. We had high-speed WiFi facility and better protection and always available with security and staff like wardens. The food is good and hygienic. We have separate blocks for juniors and seniors. The rooms are neat.

Senior students are very helpful they'll help us with their work and assist us to do projects and always available for us when we need we have association departmental wise where we'll interact with them and have a friendly relationship. Alumni of our college are good they are highly placed and help our college with their suggestions and funding when needed.

We have 40marks for internals where 15marks are from assignments which are 8 in number they'll take an average of that 8 assignments and rest 25marks from mid-semester examination. Where we have 2 mid-semester examinations and an average of them is taken again. Total internal exams are for 40marks and final/end semester exam which is for 60marks. Labs also follow the same pattern where internal is for 40marks and external is for 60marks.

After getting EAMCET rank and we need to attend for counselling and then we have to fill options for the college where I opted for this college then we'll get colleges based on our rank allotment will be done based on your options then I had visited my college with allotment order and receipt of my payment of tuition fee then we have to fill the details in forms given in the institute. Then we'll be given admission number and all. This is the process to get admission.

All the staff here are highly qualified and they have experience of min 8-10years. Departmental wise a min of 10 professors are there and many others who are pursuing their PhDs. The faculty are good with students and clear every small doubt of the students. They are always helpful in one or the other way to us. I can rate our faculty with 4.5/5
