Genuine review

I choose BE-CSE because the scope in this field is very big and my interest is also in this field. And the in this course is very famous,I choose chitkara University Himachal campus but there is another campus in Punjab that is main campus, our placements would held in that campus. The exam are taken by per month, there are three st's and one end term examination, the weightage of st's are 40% and the weightage of end term examination is 60 %

Student can apply for college placement from 5th semester and onwards but students can apply for internship in 4th semester. The package of chitkara University is 9 lpa and the highest package was 1.11 cr that was offered by Amazon. I think all students got their placement. My plans after getting degree is got placed in top companies

Our first semester fee was 80k and all other semester fee would be 70 k but now (2024) the fee of all semesters are increased by 10k but there fee is normal as per college. The scholarship offered by chitkara is only siblings scholarship. If your real brother or sister is in chitkara so you can get siblings scholarship.

The cultural festival is held on every one or month and technical fest is held on every quarter of year . The biggest fest of chitkara is algorithm fest . All books that are required for study are available in Library. The classroom are good there are ac's in classrooms but in some labs the computers don't work properly so students have to carry their laptop.there so many clubs are their to enhance curriculum experience

There are four seater and two seater rooms are available the hostel food is nice compared to other universities. registration for hostel will be on uhostel portal . The nearby area is not good pr pg but some students stay in Chandigarh. The size of hostel room is quite big , their is medium size balcony available and their is microwave and iron is available on every floor and their is also lift is available in hostels

The addmission in BE-CSE you have to score minimum 60% in +2 and your jee percentile should be greater than 60 . Only one of them requirment should fulfilled but jee is compulsary. All information about addmission application is on chitkara official website. The fee for fill registration form is 1100 rs and then you'll called for counseling.

The all professors and assistance professors are PhD qualified but the coding subjects are teaching by code quotient trainer , they are btech qualified but teaching skill is good , they interact with all students in class and listen their personal doubt. All students are assigned a mentor that helps the students in every problem they face in University
