My college life is a memorable

College management is more student friendly. Management used to take utmost care about the basic requirements of the students.

The college is in my hometown Bhadrak. And I love to be in my home. My friends used to study here and the college is renowned for its infrastructure, facilities and faculties. Bhadrak is one of the historical and cultural place. I had completed all my schooling here in my hometown. So I had a great attachment.

BTECH course is a under graduate course and the curriculum is made from BPUT syllabus which generally is a standard IIT level course. The course teaches in every aspect so to make able engineers. All syllabus is well defined with emphasis on practical understanding.

Yes our college provides internship. The general stipend is Rs 8000/- which is a good handsome amount for the young dynamic students.

There is an established placement section which deals with placement and campus interviews. Many software small and big companies come throughout the year in the final semester. Many students also get motivated to go for higher studies and research because of hard work of the best faculties we have.

The academic year starts with welcome ceremony of freshers. Following all big festivals are celebrated with great enthusiasm and spirit including Ganesh Puja, Vishwakarma puja, Saraswati Puja especially in hostels. Teacher's day, Independence day, Republic day are observed .

Fee structure is much less and affordable in comparison to other engineering colleges. There was no hidden or excess fee collected from the students. There was easy payment systems through installments throughout the year because of needy families. There used to be no harassment due to fees or late submission of the fees.

Meritous students were encouraged through scholarship and concession in academic fees. Educational loans were made available easily to the poor and needy students.

Although in our time there was no such rush of campus interviews, companies but because of own merit, all our friends are well settled and all credit goes to the academic and senior faculties.we had much liesure hours during which we used to enjoy with friends, observation several occasions and birthdays.

Hostel facilities were excellent and the infrastructure was pretty large and we'll equipped. Mess food was awesome and with much varieties to attract all corners of the world. North Indian, south Indian and local foods were available all the time in the menu

Our alumni network is very strong and our senior students are all well settled in different corners of the world. Still they have much affection towards their college and so whenever they get a chance to help college and students, they come forward immediately.

Examination structure is well planned and well informed to the students and parents as well. In an academic year there are two major examinations such as mid semester exam and end semester exam. Including these there are internal examination, laboratory examination.

Admission process is very simple. We had OJEE entrance examination and we had to keep a minimum pass mark to keep a rank in the entrance in order to qualify to sit in the counseling process. There we have to choose our liking college. So after choosing we have a general procedure of paying a minimum amount to reserve seat known as provisional admission. After that the rest is deposited after seat confirmation.

The faculties are much reputed and have many years experience. They are highly qualified and especially from reputed institutes like IITs from various places of India. They are very dedicated and pours affection towards their students. They work hard for the betterment of the institute.
