Course Curriculum Overview
I chose Computer science because that's the course with the most scope.There are many projects and mini projects that will improve you.Every month there will be an internal which can be managed one day before the test.For semester exams previous year questions are enough to ace the exam.
Internships Opportunities
This college provides internship opportunities from 6th semester.Companies like fidelity,boeing,etc had come with stipend around 20k.Most of the interns got a full time job too.In the end it depends on the talent of the individual.The project I had to do was ML based student feedback system.Overall it prepares you for the real world challenges.
Placement Experience
Placements are pretty good.But unfortunately we belonged to the 2024 batch where the job market was tough worldwide.So some people didnt get placed,some opting for higher studies(including me).Students become eligible for placements from 7th semester and for internships from 6th semester.The highest package offered was by F5 which was around 22LPA.The average package is around 4-5lpa.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees depends on your mode of admission.Through kcet the fees is around 85k per year.Through Comedk its around 2.5 lakhs per year and through management its 6 lakhs per year.There are government scholarships like nsp,ssp for minorities.They provide good placement opportunities too.
Campus Life
The main drawback about this college is its campus and infrastructure.Its too small like an apartment building.But if you dont have a problem with the campus then its fine.The annual fest which happens is Manthan which is not as good as the fests from other colleges.It happens once a year.There is a volleyball court.That's it,no other grounds.There is a ground nearby to the college where other sports like cricket,football happen.There are various clubs you can be part of like TedX,OSCode,etc.When it comes to extra curricular activities this college is very bad,but otherwise its pretty good.
Admission
My admission process was through kcet exam i had written.I had gotten a rank of 10k and since i was of categoty 2B i got cse in the final round.Admission was smooth but sometimes when we had to get signatures of gazetted officers which was a bit tedious.
Faculty
Every professors are well qualified and they take out their time in order to guide you and help you out.There are many faculties in different departments who are ready to help you out.Like every college there might be few professors who are a bit strict but if you mange to be disciplined around them everything will be fine.
